This is my first time there and it was the worst experience I had with them. They don't know about customer satisfaction and how to deal and talk to customers. I had ordered Chinese chopsy in which some of the onions used were spoiled and after returning the food they still didnt bother to compensate or even change the food but instead they made me pay though I didnt eat the dish. Also in starters the onions along with tandoori chicken were rotten and smelly but still they served the same and after complaining that they didnt take any action but server my main course which was chinese chopsy again with rotten onions. However they asked me to review in a form and when I had given them and walked out they started laughing on my review especially all the staff at reception at the entrance, for which that fell to my sight and explained then where they didnt even bother what happens to customer. I would suggest everyone to be mindful of this restaurant and staff behavior and be careful about your food because after all we want a happy meal and not a disastrous one. Read moreI recently had the unfortunate opportunity to dine at Orbis Restaurant ITPL, and I must say it was an abysmal experience. The food quality was downright terrible, leaving a foul taste in my mouth both literally and figuratively. It's bewildering how a restaurant can manage to ruin such basic dishes. The ingredients seemed stale, lacking any freshness, and the presentation was abysmal. It felt like a desperate attempt to pass off subpar food as something remotely edible. Their buffet is just joke for foodies.
Not only was the food disappointing, but the service was a whole new level of incompetence. The staff moved at a glacial pace, seemingly uninterested in attending to the needs of their customers. It took an eternity for someone to even listen for orders and when they finally did, they displayed a complete lack of urgency. The waiters seemed more interested in chatting amongst themselves than attending to the diners. It was frustrating and extremely unprofessional.

Usually I buy chicken shawarma from this place as it is one of the better ones in the area. We have tried at many other places in Whitefield, but this one is relatively better than most places we tried in and around ITPL and Whitefield.
But last week when I went to the restaurant in-person and asked to parcel 2 chicken shawarma the story was different. It was only when we started eating we realised that we had been tricked. All the chicken filling was burnt and ruined the complete taste. Since we stay a bit far away from the restaurant we could not go back with the partially eaten item. So after a couple of days, we went and reported the incident.
