We recently ordered two 11" non veg pizzas & some garlic bread from Oven Story via Swiggy. Firstly, the pizzas arrived looking like some sandwich. Not sure if it was the packing fault or the Swiggy delivery guy's fault, the pizzas broke up and were all over the place when we opened the box. There were no options to customize the pizza base so by default were thin crust which is exactly what we didn't want to order, more over the pizzas weren't hot neither did they provide ketchup packets. We placed an order at 8.10 PM and it’s 9.40 now but we haven’t received it yet. It’s been one hour and 30 minutes. If you’re unable to deliver on time, you should have the courtesy to inform the customers so that we find other options. We have been sitting hungry for almost two hours now with no signs of delivery whatsoever. The deliver dude has been saying the pizza is being prepared since the past hour. This kind of service is ridiculous and we will never ever order again...
