Most pathetic hospitality from the restaurant owners. Customers going to this restaurant should expect only food and Zero Customer values. Im writing the review after facing 2 such incidents from this restaurant.
1st incident happened around a year back where we visited this place with families. We have completed all our food and ordered 1 Sizzling Brownie and immediately after 2 min we have ordered additional Sizzling Brownie. 1st came properly in the same way as other restaurants. 2nd one came differently the pan was cold and brownie was also cold. We have raised the issue with the waiter. The waiter simply took it back and came after 5 min and to our surprise 80% of Vanilla ice cream was already melt in the pan. We again asked the waiter and he simply said to speak with the manager in the billing counter. When we have raised the concern and to our utter shock we got a reply from them saying Sizzling brownie will be like this and you are people are having 1st time and you need to pay for it.
2nd incident happened yesterday, Again we went to this restaurant with 3 families including kids. Our Kid accidentally broken a show piece on the parapet. After finishing all the food the waiter said we will charge for the broken show piece and we said fine. The Bill was 3500 and we duly paid for the food. They are charging 1000rs for the piece which can easily fixed with 10rs fevikwik and when we objected about the charge as its not worthy of 1K then entered the restaurant owners including a lady who is not having any value towards the customers and all started arguing with us for more than 15 min. Ultimately they said we will not bargain and you need to pay 1000rs and we also stick to our word that we will not pay and can go ahead with their further action. Lady started saying that If you people can afford then don't come to our restaurant. The owners are treating the customers as beggars.
At all Places Customers are treated as Gods and in this particular restaurant "Customers are treated like Beggars"
Please be careful and avoid this restaurant if possible.

Thank you for confirming from your end that you people are hell bent for making money without any customer values. No one is willing to create a scene but you people are also not less in creating ruckus and showing your true colors.
In my review i clearly stated at first we were ready to pay compensation and asked to reconsider the amount but you people are like robots who just want to extract money and doesn't know anything. Read moreThe location of the restaurant is well located with sufficient place to park your two wheeler, but not a car since it's a busy road. The place is visible from moving traffic.
Since the arrangement is quite new, people are following the basic guidelines of social distancing and other basic measures.
We decided to use the first floor, which seemed to be a garden dining area. With some sun burnt/ dried plants and Colour full bulbs to decorate post sunset.
There was very loud music with distortion due to bad quality speakers and it got a bit annoying when we were discussing over a snack. My suggestion is to place some soft instrumental music during the evening hours. You can find loads of the same on YouTube.
Most important, my friend noticed a rubber band in the snack that was ordered, it was shocking and scary. Imagine your child swallowed the rubber band, down the throat.
When we complained, the staff was laughing about it and took the foreign particle away and was actually saying that, the cook will not agree to this blunder and was not willing to do anything to help.
He did not even feel like there was a mistake and a basic apology would go a long way or a replacement for a different product would have been the right approach.
Very bad and there was no courtesy. Train your staff to be polite and helpful and you see how the business goes up.

In a row today was the third time when I have had an extremely bad experience. A few pointers
A. Running orders will come in only after 20 to 30 minutes. You checking on them has no impact. You have to wait :( Incase you land up at this place - please place your full order in one go - else for 20 mins you will wait for the 2nd phulka and then for 20 mins for the 2nd sabzi
B. The Floor Manager has to be instructed or asked for things again and again. He does not do anything proactively. You have to ask for Food again n again, for Finger Bowls, for Tissues, for Mouth Freshner, plus plus
C. The restrooms are not cleaned and maintained - after 8 pm it stinks very badly… and no one cares to keep it clean and hygienic…
They will charge us premium but services will not be on par….
If you are experimenting - never take your guests here. It will end up becoming an embarrassing experience making them wait for food and then giving them sad experience.
Sharing feedback also will have no consequence… The owners have made their name and now don’t see a need to work on feedback and...
