Chimney Food Court — Restaurant in Bolpur

I advise that no one should arrange a dinner party in this worst restaurant! It was my favourite restaurant till yesterday , but this is what made it WORST in my opinion 👇🏻👇🏻 I had arranged for birthday party in the new restaurant hall that it has made . We had occupied 6-7 tables and there was ONLY 1 uniformed waiter to serve us!!! We had to literally do SELF SERVICE!! The quality of biryani was not at all good and the butter paneer was much worse! It seemed as if their actual cook had not made it and they had made it cooked by some amateur cook!!! I had informed them all the details about 7 days earlier and told them that we would arrive there at about 8 p.m. ... We arrived at 8:15 and they started serving us at about 9:20!!!

I believe that all these are expected from a cheap resturant but the cost is not at all cheap (however it would not matter if the service and food was good)... The rate is one of the highest but the service is sooooooo bad!!! I had not faced such a face loss earlier in front of guests!!

Everything about the place is good. Just a little over prices. I had this mutton biriyani here, but the mutton had no taste, as if it was boiled and put in. It was tasteless. The time to serve was decent. Their rolls। Are a must try. The quantity is quite worth the money. They serve some dishes as a plate for two, which is relaxing to the wallet. That's a nice thing. You'll get option for outdoor dining too, if you're interested. Good for family and friends.any gathering. Family Restaurant....currently one of the best in Bolpur....Fast food, Indian, Chinese, Tandoori ...everything available.....items are tasty....staffs are efficient but not too much customer-friendly...
