Aroma Bakery — Restaurant in Central Zone

Negative Review Yesterday I have Drink tea in Aroma Bakery(Vysial street)....I have found an House fly in the Tea.... Staff are not Accepting the issue ...and Repeatedly saying sorry.... They have 3 Cashier in the Row ....Tea master is one only man to Torate the That much Crowd... They are think take the investment which they have been Decoration... But the staff not saying we check over there and we keep extra man power over there it will be Rectified ... On this place more Children and old people walk in over there... It take more issue and disease... On human Health... Take Sever action on this issue How is Responsible for it .... For All the Bakery and snack iteam take much care Dont say the sorry and it will not Repeat again ... Treat the people as an your own family member ....

I am writing about the Coimbatore aroma Near KG Hospital bakery ,i am asking one Horlicks and paid of Rs.40 .I am waiting for more than 20 minutes for one Horlicks ,i asking again no one can answer property after few minutes i complaint the manager (one person) he says ,sir,we could not make Horlicks because we are not having Horlicks making person ,i am asking why you should not provide a subtitut person and then he make . I am upset in that place for one Horlicks. Please Management should ask this problem that concern persons persons.

I bought a slice of butter cream chocolate pastry ...it was not fresh at all...was very dry...last time also I purchased the same chocolate buttercream pastry ...same experience ...why the staff of aroma are giving such dry cakes ...they don't even think how the customer will have these very dry cakes ....we expect fresh buttercream pastry ....very poor service ...really disappointed ....just give fresh pastry..if u don't have fresh pastry ..say no... Giving too dry pastry and loosing faith ...
