“Late, But Not Forgotten – Our Winter Feast at Haldiram’s! 🍽️🔥”

Okay, I know I’m a little late in sharing this, but some meals just stick with you—and this was one of them! We finally tried Haldiram’s Winter Menu, and here’s how it went down.

🔥 What we ordered: ✔️ Tandoori Platter – Absolutely remarkable! The smoky flavors, the perfectly grilled goodness—each bite was a delight. 🤤 ✔️ Amritsari Kulche – We had high hopes, but it could’ve been better. The stuffing was decent, but the crispiness and flavors didn’t hit the mark like we expected.

The best part? That comforting, chatpata North Indian taste Haldiram’s is known for. And of course, the warmth of winter meals with friends just makes everything better! ❄️🍛

Food was good but had a terrible experience in sevice & unprofessional attitude. The extra bhatura I ordered was not delivered. On caling the restaurant the person said that he will call back in 2min. After that I repeatedly called for more than 1hr and no one took the call. We had incomplete breakfast and finally when at 11: 30AM the call was picked they only had sorry to say and offered to send extra bhatura. What will we do with that bhatura after 1. 3O hrs of original delivery. This type of unprofessional attitude is atleast not accepted from a renowned chain like Haldiram. This will only break trust and loss of customers. Pls I do not want your standard reply but its time to improve on service and atleast behave...

Food quality is on average. We visited with our office colleagues. We ordered different types of food which includes Chat and all. I ordered red sauce pasta. There was enough delay of more than 20 mins of making it and then it served white sauce pasta. The taste was for Pasta Spring roll or other continental food was okay only. Only the North Indian food was good in quality. The ambience is good. But the service is written as table service but we have to take our food on our own. And another point for sweets is that it's not that good. And few options which are there in the menu are not available as well.
