The burger club — Restaurant in Delhi

Burger is fine. Masala chai is awesome with a big problem that u can't take the last sip.....as u get the mud(masala) taste at last as it is not properly filtered. Also attitude problem with the Manager (Mr.Pankaj) as I called him to make it better, but he refused to come and send the message that he is busy doing some important job. I waited for 15 minutes but he didn't come and went outside the cafe without coming to me. Visited at evening on a hot day and after placing order and taking my seat I realized it's hot and Air condtioin is not working. I checked with the staff and they said it's like this only. Temperature at this time was so high I was thinking about the situation of staff in day time. Management should pay attention and act swiftly as this is peak season of summer. I have been trying to call your outlet in Khanpur but the number is switched off!! I placed an order on Zomato and just now received the parcel without Virgin mojito for which i had already placed an order!!!! What's the point of sending me just the straw without the drink ????
