Having tried their fries previously, I decided to visit this establishment for a quick bite. Upon being seated, we were presented with two menus—one from Xero Degrees and another featuring other brand, Karma. Upon inquiry, they clarified that Xero Degrees offered fast food, while the Karma menu serves cuisines like Chinese and Indian. It became apparent from the beginning that they were promoting the Karma menu, even mentioning a complimentary appetizer for orders from that menu. Immediately, we ordered the Cheesy Fries for the table. They were crisp and well-seasoned, but they were covered in a sauce that we expected to be cheese. However, upon tasting, it turned out to be some kind of mayo-based sauce. While it was decent, we missed the expected cheesiness. We then ordered the Tomato Basic Soup and Veg Steamed Momos, specifically chosen for their assurance that they wouldn't be spicy and suitable for a child. Unfortunately, the soup, though living up to its name, lacked the sweetness and creaminess expected of a good tomato soup. The momos, supposed to be non-spicy, turned out to be spicy. Upon bringing this to the staff's attention, they courteously replaced it with a Bubble Waffle, which I'll address later. The complimentary appetizer, called Twister, consisted of spiral-cut potatoes deep-fried to a chip-like consistency. However, their version was not crisp; instead, it was doughy and excessively oily. We ordered the Hara Bhara Kebab, which, to our surprise, was very good and well-made. It featured a flavorful cheese filling, well-seasoned with chaat masala, and was served with a tasty green chutney. Now, turning to the Bubble Waffle, we were served a regular waffle instead. While it was undoubtedly good and satisfied our sweet cravings, upon inquiry, they insisted that these were bubble waffles, which was disappointing. Given this overall experience, I have no intention of returning...
Read moreThis place is only good if you are dinning in here. I ordered their 3 pizzas from Swiggy and the experience was horrible. First of all the delivery was 1 hour late , secondly the pizzas were horrible than a burnt bread. I mean in the name of cheese they were soaked in butter , and in the name of corn pizza they gave me a circle with red sauce having literally 4 pieces of corn on it and i am not exaggerating the pieces were 4. Alongwith the corn i even ordered their cheeze onion and cheese capsicum pizza and it turned out to be the worst decision of my life. The onion pizza was same the corn one but the capsicum one was the worst of them all. It literally had 1 small piece of capsicum and 3 pieces of tomato on it. I mean who puts tomatoes in a capsicum pizza. I honestly am very disappointed with the delivery they gave me. When i went there for dinning in, the experience was the opposite and i genuinely liked it but today they made me very angy with their...
