Worst Burger King experience ever. First they had a birthday party going so there was no place to sit. Got a place in front of the counter after waiting for half an hour. The place is noisy, card machine was not working, and there was no one to clean the table. I asked for a cloth to clean it myself and finally a person came maybe out of shame and cleaned it. Orders took forever to come, I had to approach the counter for my order many times. My mutton whopper was the hottest that I have ever eaten at any Burger King. It was full of spicy sauce. When I told them that the preparation was bad and unlike any other Burger King, they told me that the recipe had changed. I ate at another BK just two weeks ago and I always order the same burger but that was fine. Fries were burnt and soggy - a feat only achieved by this outlet. Finally they were so noisy. There are literally 15-17 people in the tiny kitchen even as I write this and the place is just happy confusion. They need training and a proper audit. I've been here atleast 12-15 times in the past 7 months.

The Customer service is god awful, they force you to order food using the bk app, which i understand reduces queues, but the internet connection is so poor, it makes the ordering process cumbersome. The cherry on top is that they dont even have wifi for customers to order food.

Once the order is placed, it takes them at least 20-30 minutes even though it was just me in the store. The staff is lethargic and irritative.

Only the costlier burgers are served hot, the basic ones are always served cold, completely ruining the mood.

The Air Conditioning was off half the time even during summers.
