Pind Balluchi — Restaurant in Ghaziabad

I recently dined at Pind Balluchi and had a mixed experience. While there were some positive aspects, there were also several areas that left room for improvement.

Firstly, I found the lighting to be inadequate for taking photographs. If you're someone who enjoys capturing memories of your dining experience, you may be disappointed with the lighting conditions at Pind Balluchi.

Another point of concern was the pricing. I felt that the prices were higher compared to other restaurants in the area. This might be something to consider if you're on a budget or looking for more affordable dining options.

Additionally, the wait time for food was quite long. Waiting excessively for your meal can be frustrating, and it's an aspect that could be improved upon to enhance the overall dining experience.

Regarding the food, the vegetarian starters were decent in taste but lacked sufficient quantity for the price charged. It's always disappointing when portion sizes do not match the cost, as it can feel like you're not getting your money's worth.

On a positive note, I enjoyed the paneer dishes. They were flavorful and well-prepared, leaving a good impression on my palate.

However, the rotis were overly buttery. While some may appreciate the indulgence, excessive butter can be overwhelming for others. It would be beneficial if the restaurant could find a balance to cater to different preferences.

When it comes to the pulao and mutton biryani, they fell short of expectations. The flavors were ordinary, resembling regular rice rather than the aromatic and flavorful experience one looks forward to in these dishes. The absence of extra spices essential for pulao and biryani left me wanting more in terms of taste and authenticity.

Overall, my experience at Pind Balluchi was average. There were certain areas that need improvement, such as the lighting, pricing, wait time, and consistency in flavors. However, the paneer dishes stood out positively. I hope the restaurant takes customer feedback into consideration and works towards enhancing...

We had dinner on 29th June 2023 and haf ordered Veg platter, dal makhni baluchi soecial, butter naan, butter roti and jira rice. The quantity of the food specially veg platter for a price of Rs700 is too less we assumed it to be mini platter served by mistake but was shocked to see as full veg platter in bill.

Taste of veg and dal needs improvement. Had a good experience at other pind balluchi branch but this outlet was totally hopeless in taste and service. Prices of food items are so inflated and quantity served is too less. Atleast improve your quantity for what you are charging.

I had a 2yrs old kid for which i requested a simple bread butter or something soft she could eat but it was not served or even tried to address. They donot listen for anything and you have to chase , such is level of service.

Service provided was very very poor as we had to call out for help if we needed anything. Food was not even served like other restaurants to members. And still restaurant was shameless to charge 10% service charge for such hopeless level of service. You should rate your service before even charging customers. Restaurant seemed overstaffed but still zero in service as all were focused in a birthday party hosted. If you cannot serve you would have not hosted other diners.

Donot recommend to visit this branch atall to anyone. Had a hopeless experience and complete...

Worst service, stinky tables , sofa and washrooms, overpriced food.

I recently went with family on occasion of Rakshabandhan, it was really the worst experience..

First of all the food, we ordered Paneer tikka masala , dal tadka and rotis. Rotis were not cooked properly, had to return , dal was ok, but paneer tikka masala curry was smelling like it was 4-5 days old. I called the waiter and complained about it, he turned back and gave a sarcastic smile. Then i called chef, he said that “there is no problem with it, everybody else is eating it”, he did not had courtesy to change it and he simply went and did nothing, infact with his conversation it seemed that there is a problem with us.

secondly the ambiance, its central AC was giving foggy types and water was dripping from it.(19 Aug 2024)

Thirdly we sat around for 10 minutes , then out of shear frustration i only called waiter and asked him to bring atleast water, pathetic service.

4th- washroom was like a 5th class dhaba, smelly and 1000% unhygienic.and the tables were sticky and sofas were covered with a black layer of dirt.

5th- overpriced.. quality wise food price should be reduced by atleast 50%..

Overall I must say- NEVER GO IN THIS...
