07/01/24 Today we went to jay'sBBQ for lunch with a family that includes 2 kids. We ordered the following menu 1 by 2 cream tomato soup for 2 kids. 1 by 2 manchow soup BBQ Sizzler Paneer Butter Masala sabji Cheese Garlic Naan Tandoori Roti Now, We had following some issues when We were only guest. We ordered cream tomato soup specially for 2 kids it was too spicy even after we mentioned it. Bread crumbs were too oily and smelly for manchow soup fried noodles were very soggy and Unfresh. For the BBQ Sizzler it was 75% rice and the rest was hara bara kabab and sorted vegetables and paneer and it was too spicy. In cheese Garlic Naan we could hardly see cheese on that and also there was lots of raw garlic. Roti looked like it was already prepared and just hit up and served. In paneer Butter Masala we were highly disappointed in sabji that it only tasted of Fenugreek leaves (kasuri Methi) and also in that sabji there was so much dry spices added so we didn't get any other taste, the gravy colour was blackish brown and we didn't eat at all. We were not able to eat that food. We had genuinely reported our problems with the owner But he seems unresponsive and irresponsible. I visited this restaurant a week ago with my friends for their unlimited barbecue offer priced at 450₹ per person and left extremely dissatisfied. The food quality was abysmal, with the soup, sizzler, and two sabjis being of the worst taste imaginable. The barbecue itself was only average at best.

To make matters worse, the menu lacked any drink options - no cold drinks, no buttermilk, not even complimentary water. When I shared my feedback with the owner, I was met with a dismissive response: "It's the monopoly of the restaurant, customers kuch to order karega."

For the price I paid, the lack of basic amenities like drinks and the poor quality of the food were unacceptable. I strongly recommend visiting alternatives like Barbeque Nation, where you can enjoy better quality food at a lower price point.

Third Class They are not taking care of Hygiene. I ordered multiple items.. when staff / waiter came to serve, he forgot to take spoon with him so he picked up the used spoon from mu dish and was about to serve to all of us.. How Ridiculous.. Staff even not trained how to serve to guests..

Furthermore, i had a coupon to redeem (coupon booklet in which there are offer like buy 1 get 1 on starter, soup etc..)

I ordered starter (in menu, they wrote appetiser) They denied to use the coupon saying that appetisers and starters are different and so not valid….

They people don’t even understand the synonyms..
