Exceptional Dining Experience at Mutby'z Restaurant – A Must-Visit on Kheda Road! 🌟
I recently visited Mutby’z Restaurant on Kheda Road and was thoroughly impressed by every aspect of the experience. From the moment we arrived, the spacious parking area and beautifully maintained garden space set the tone for a welcoming and serene ambiance.
What truly stood out, however, was the outstanding service we received. During our visit, our 2-month-old baby became fussy while we were waiting for our table. Despite our position being far down the waiting list, Mr. Yunus, the gracious manager on duty, went above and beyond to accommodate us. Not only did he kindly allocate a private, air-conditioned room for our comfort, but he also prioritized our seating without hesitation. His empathy and proactive approach turned a potentially stressful situation into a seamless, memorable evening – a testament to the restaurant’s customer-first ethos.
Now, let’s talk about the food – an absolute triumph! The culinary team at Mutby’z serves some of the finest non-vegetarian dishes I’ve ever tasted. The staff’s recommendations were spot-on, and each dish was a masterpiece of flavor, freshness, and creativity. From succulent kebabs to rich curries, every bite was a delight. The quality and authenticity of the cuisine truly set it apart.
Adding to the charm is the restaurant’s unique boat-themed seating – an innovative touch I’ve never encountered elsewhere. It elevated the dining experience, blending novelty with comfort in a way that felt both fun and sophisticated.
In summary, Mutby’z Restaurant excels in ambiance, service, and culinary excellence. Whether you’re seeking a cozy family dinner, a romantic outing, or simply a meal in a picturesque setting, this gem on Kheda Road delivers on all fronts. Kudos to Mr. Yunus and the entire team for their warmth and...
Read more✅ Elegant ambience, ❗Mild to bland taste, ❗delayed service,❗ average-to-poor customer management.
First, I thank Google for providing me with the recourse to share my experiences and, for placing me on the top 10% of the restaurant reviewers on the Google Maps Platform! I have experienced hospitality industries from quite basic to 5-star hotels and Mutby'z Restaurant is good enough attraction. On the evening of a festival, we had dinner for 10 people at Mutby'z. The biggest attraction for this place is its Cruise 🚢 shaped restaurant and direct location availability on highway roadside.
The manager was excused for not having enough 'crew onboard' for poor customer service, missed/forgotten orders and, delayed servings than usually expected. It was found that besides the landmark attraction and open space, there was almost little to no pleasure in the visiting experience for adults.
The food was mild bland in taste and it was fairly average than most restaurants. There is room for improvement for food taste and, as most of the area is open space, the waiter used it as an excuse for a fly 🪰 in our chicken dish! They should be more careful about serving food while protecting it from flies and other insects.
For children, it is a better experience because of the playground, park themed rides such as park-train, jumping-on nets, etc. Washroom facilities could be improved as there was no proper drainage below the urinal in the Men's washroom.
overall, this place can be a great experience for the ambience with the open space, especially for a visit with the family/friends group. There is room for improvement in the food taste and customer management at...
Read moreThe place is highly overrated. You do are welcomed by the grand cruise themed restaurant but the rest is just that unwelcome. Firstly we tried calling on for reservations but the newly opened restaurant has no one to take the calls and the numbers on the website and google were unreachable. Secondly when we arrived at the the restaurant, we thought we are in for a treat with so much of crowd present but this was only because of the marketing "the largest cruise themed restaurant" There were neither waiters fully in there uniforms as shown in video nor any feel that you are dining in the restaurant on the upmost deck. The waiters were seen running up and down two flight of stairs with the food. Once provided table we ordered the food, the kitchen was working fast so we got our order but the pace of Service was not proper at all. Starters came first than the masala papad than the soup. As all were famished after long wait we dived into the Starters without arguing the waiter for soup first. Than we cancelled the soup altogether. All the Starters came together so we couldn't eat them hot.
The main course we ordered mutton kadai. The waiter brought it with one thumb dipped in it. We pointed out and ordered again. Pray god he brought a new one.
The meal was nothing special, the service was not special, the wait was long, in all I would like to tell I would not recommend anyone to visit this place. For photographs it is good.
I was pointed out lazeez restaurant nearby is very good. I will...
