I ordered 2 Margherita pizzas from RJ Pizzeria, expecting a simple, fresh meal — but what I received was far from acceptable. Quality of Food: • The bread base was overburnt — visibly dark, hard, and had a bitter taste. • It was clearly not freshly made or handled with care. • This wasn’t just slightly overcooked — it was unusable, and definitely not something that should have been sent to a customer. Customer Service Experience: • I immediately called the outlet to raise the issue and spoke with the same person who took my order. • Instead of listening or understanding the concern, he was defensive and dismissive. • I even sent clear pictures of the burnt pizza to show the problem, but they still refused to acknowledge or apologize. Lack of Accountability: • No apology, no replacement, no refund — just a blunt denial from their side. • This shows a lack of basic customer service and...

We ordered their signature dishes Mediterranean Turkish pide(multigrain base), creamy cheese pasta pie & calzone. I loved pasta pie the most. Creamy, cheesy & delicious just as its name. If you love pastas and wanna try something new, then you just can't miss this one. Along with this, Turkish pide & calzone tasted really good. Even Price with this quality is also commendable.

Wel also tried Choco Nutty & KitKat thick shakes. They're serving best thick shakes in town. Choco Nutty shake here is a must try. Trust me you will not regret. 🙌🏻

We ordered their bahubali pizza, creamy cheese pasta pie & calzone. I loved pasta pie the most. Creamy, cheesy & delicious just as its name. If you love pastas and wanna try something new, then you just can't miss this one. Along with this, bahubali pizza tasted really good. Even Price with this quality is also commendable.
