Let me start by saying that my recent was an absolute letdown. I had high hopes for a satisfying dining experience, but sadly, my expectations were shattered at every turn. From the refusal to accommodate my simple request to the numerous flaws in service and ambiance, this place failed to impress me on multiple levels.

First and foremost, the staff's refusal to break a high note (2k Rupees) for me and give me a chance left a sour taste in my mouth. It's disheartening when a restaurant refuses to accommodate a minor request, especially when it wouldn't have caused any inconvenience. This lack of flexibility and understanding only added to my frustration.

Furthermore, the service was severely delayed, and to make matters worse, they forgot to include one item (Garlic Bread) in my order. By the time I realized the mistake, it was too late to rectify it, and I had no choice but to cancel it altogether. This kind of oversight and inefficiency is simply unacceptable.

As for the atmosphere and interior, I was thoroughly unimpressed. The color schemes clashed in a way that made no sense, creating a visually jarring experience. Moreover, the choice of loud, blasting music only added to the overall unpleasantness of the area. It felt more like a chaotic nightclub than a welcoming pizza restaurant. The poor attention to detail in creating a comfortable and inviting space was evident throughout.

Even the redeeming quality of a good pizza flavor was absent. The taste was average at best, and it certainly did not make up for the litany of other problems I encountered. A subpar pizza cannot compensate for the lackluster service, the uninspiring ambiance, and the unaccommodating staff.

Speaking of the staff, their attitude towards customers was nothing short of disappointing. They were cold and distant, showing no warmth or welcoming spirit. It felt as if they were simply going through the motions, lacking the enthusiasm and passion that one would expect from a service-oriented establishment.

In conclusion, my experience at Uncle Donald's was highly unsatisfactory. From the refusal to break a high note for me to the delayed service, forgotten item, poor atmosphere, and average pizza, this establishment fell far short of my expectations. Yesterday i visited C G Road outlet of William John's Pizza. The occasion was my daughter 2nd birthday. Me & my family members were so exited about food available as i had visited the same outlet previously with my office team. But i am very sorry to inform that customer service quality has touched all time low. I had visited the outlet at about 10.30 pm. Firstly they told me & my family to take food from self service place in which there was no food only to take in our plates. Then when i complained their staff told to tell Manager & when i told him he took his staff side & told me & my family to tell which food items we need, he will get it ready & serve us. Then my point is why we were asked to take food from empty food serve tables initially. Afterwards the Machurian served in starter were very sour. Staff serving cold drink were putting the water over my sister body & clothes while serving & when told about it, did not had manners to even apologize. Really a worst nightmare type experience i had on my 2 year little old daughter birthday. My point is clear - LEARN TO SERVE CUSTOMERS PROPERLY & HAVE PROPER MANNERS WHILE DEALING WITH CUSTOMERS. If U do not want customers to come to Ur place at 10.30 pm tell them No straight away. Do not spoil their memorable events. I had to make card payment & i was told to give my card while i was eating my desert. See the courtesy level. Even customer have not finished food & are asked to make payment. Despite the crowd, we waited for over 45 minutes before being seated, which was understandable given the busy evening. However, the disappointment began when we found the starters to be lacking and poorly stocked, with slow refills from the staff.

As we moved on to the main course, the pizzas were noticeably undercooked, with a consistency of 85-90%. Despite bringing this to the attention of the staff, we received similar pizzas on subsequent attempts. Additionally, throughout the meal, we frequently had to request refills for our cold drinks, as the staff seemed inattentive to our needs.
