Our experience was very horrible n we were exhausted n were dying to get out of there as soon as we were done with our meal.First we had to wait for ages like an hour extra after reaching there for our table even after booking the table in advance. There were no chairs or comfortable place to stand for people in waiting. Even the garbage guy took the bin infront of the waiting crowd several times.Once we were seated the appetiser was on time but the lukmaa special. Soup was very spicy n hot with pcs of green chilly n other starters lukmaa kebab n Spc. Kebab were OK. Although tabassum kebab was gud.But after that the main course butter chicken took ages n we were about to cancel the order as it was around half n hour since we finished starter. Moreover the service was very slow n have to remind them repeatedly for our order n also to give us basic things like water, fork n spoon etc. It was as if I had nightmare this EID! Be careful n avoid it on busy days like festivals as place is too cosy n small n can accommodate only around 80 persons at a time inside...

I recently visited Zaitoon Resturant along with my Family in Surat, and I have to say, it was an incredibly disappointing experience. The food was decent, which i would give 4 stars, but that’s about the only positive aspect of my visit. The staff was completely untrained, and the management was a mess. There was only one person handling orders, which made everything extremely slow. To make matters worse, the attention seemed to be given only to people who were of “their kind,” while we were left waiting for ages.

The service was absolutely pathetic. We had to keep asking for basic things like dishes, food servings, tissues, and even a finger bowl. At one point, I had to serve myself because nobody bothered to assist. I don’t understand how a restaurant can function with such poor management and a lack of basic customer care. Needless to say, I won’t be coming back, and I can’t recommend this place to anyone who values...

Visited 3 times, great ambiance, 3rd time we didn't like the food as salt was too much, when we asked waiter to tell cook to put less salt in next order, manager came to us and said that we tasted the soup that we have returned and they didn't find excess salt. So we paid the complete bill and left. What I didn't like was the lack of professionalism, food was good first time that's why we visited again in the lunch time, ordered same hyderabadi biryani as last time, but this time it seemed not fresh, may be it's my taste problem but that how I felt. And 3rd time our experience was horrible, not going back there. Anyway you can go there for dinner, not for lunch they might serve you leftover from last night.
