Wow! Momo — Restaurant in Gurugram District

I don’t know , how people are actually liking their food but they sell stale food which means they keep momos in the refrigeration for a longer time and they keep using that food again n again as a result that food tends to get a punget smell of the refrigwhieatenany cost coz it does not smell and taste fresh and that’s what they are doing actually selling it and they know people do not have time to complaint, we order and we eat it but never got so engrossed to have a taste of that food . I remember the taste of wow momos in West Delhi, they never messed up with their quality of their food but this store has something else to offer. People with weak stomach or weak digestion and also people looking to get the authentic taste, avoid their food at any cost it could actually lead to food poisoning. Disappointment next level . If Haldiram starts selling this menu , I would actually consider Haldiram for sure atleast they won’t sell stale refrigerated food at any cost inspite of charging more than usual. And when you complaint zomato the only thing they have to offer is chillers coz they believe in solving the issue of the quality of the food by giving chillers to the customer not knowing the fact that the customer was actually looking for value for money . Don’t just spend money just because you have to spend .you pay taxes as well which goes to the govt for a food which was actually tasteless or never...

Terrible experience. Ordered Chicken Cheese Chilli Momo 10 pieces, they gave some other momo with some other stuffing, which we got to know after taking a bite.

When prompted, they tried to manipulate us saying "chicken cheese chilli momo aisa hi hota hai madam". Later, one of the staff said he gave us the wrong order by mistake.

They took our orders back - not sure if they discarded or reused it.

Later on, we got 8 chicken cheese chilli momo instead of 10. When prompted, they said, "Ma'am 2 aap dono ne kha liye", as if we could've known their mistake without trying the momo.

They later gave us 2 more momo. However, those momos were right out of the freezer, only the outer layering was warm. Way too cold from inside.

Horrible experience. Please don't order from here or dine in, in my opinion.

After coming back home, both of us felt unwell and puked...

I just went to your store in iris broadway sector 85 gurgaon and ordered Darjiling steamed momos there.

When me and my wife tried the momos they were cold from inside and when i asked him the same they said its hot maybe only we are feeling it cold and its how it is.

Then he reheated same momos and was giving me all broken pieces of momos which i denied to take.

He refused to pay my 200 Rs back and said this is how our momos are and you should eat is using fork
