Extremely disappointing delivery experience with Domino’s yet again. Although the app marked the order as "delivered in 24 minutes," the actual delivery took 55 minutes—a significant delay that has happened multiple times in the past.

To make matters worse:

The delivery rider didn’t pick up the call. The store number is always busy or unreachable. The staff is unprofessional and shows no accountability. The store lacks hygiene and clearly suffers from poor maintenance and management.

This reflects a serious lack of customer service standards and operational control. Strongly urge Domino’s to take corrective action before loyal customers start losing...

Pathetic service from this location. My brother ordered food at 8:00 pm. We requested for a replacement for the same order because the food was not well prepared, the pizzas were not cooked properly, the stuffed garlic bread just had corn and no cheese at all. The veg paneer parcels were smaller than their usual sizes. After we raised a complaint with the manager Mr. Inderjeet, he blamed us for "not ordering the food correctly", what a lame excuse. We didn't receive any replacement for the food, and it is almost midnight. This place is poorly managed, has rude staff and the food is just disgusting. Very disappointed...
