10 Downing Street - Kompally — Restaurant in Hyderabad

10 Downing Street doesn’t need much introduction, it’s one of the oldest and most happening place in Hyderabad! 10D has opened their new outlet at Kompally which is a good news for all the food and party lovers who stays around, it’s a great place to hangout and chill with your friends and family! 10D has always been a crowd favourite for its food, ambience and excellent service. Talking about the ambience, it’s a huge property with warm ambience and vibrant atmosphere. Apart from having an amazing common section, they also have a private section with a bar to host any party of gatherings for around 25-30 peeps. This outlet also have a banquet hall with the capacity of 120-180 people for hosting any kind of functions/ marriages..etc.., Coming to the food 10D never disappoints their customers, the food is always great out there and a bit budget friendly too. I’d recommend to try their Chilli Lamb which was delicious the meat was tender and flavourful. Bhatti ka Murgh another star dish from their menu, also the best of all Lemon Garlic Chicken which is a must try Chinese starter. Rest Apollo Fish and Butter Garlic Prawns were decent in taste. Stuffed Mushroom didn’t matched our expectations. In main course everything which we had was delicious, we tried their Chicken Tikka Masala, Mutton Saagwala with Butter Naan and Jeera Rice🤤🤤. All over it’s a great place to hangout and also they have started something new for the customers these days, like everyday they are coming up with a new theme nights which has many offers for example motivational monday buy two drinks and third will be free, Diva thursday, girls will be getting a free drink, Bollywood sunday, Sooper friday.etc.etc., everyday there’s...

10 downing street had been one of my favourite pubs for years now, so when it opened this branch near my place, I was really happy!

I have visited a few times, and really liked the ambience. Other than the regular sitting area, they also have separate space for banquet hall where you can book for any occasion. Also, they have a private lounge with a private bar for a small gathering.

Another thing I love is that they have theme nights each day of the week!! Today's theme is motivational Mondays where when yoy buy 2 drinks, the 3rd one is on the house!! How awesome is that! And of course they have great DJs to dance to!

Coming to the main thing, food!

Started off with:

♥ Butter Garlic prawns: This got to be my favourite from starters! Do try it surely, it was so delicious! ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ✅

♥ Bhatti Ka Murg: This was another favourite of mine, do try ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ✅

♥ Other than these, pepper chicken, lemon garlic chicken, apollo fish were some dishes that were really tasty. Only thing didn't like was the stuffed mushroom, it was too dry.

Main course:

♥ Tried mutton saagwala, prawn curry with naan & jeera rice. Both were equally good!

♥ Tried a lot of mocktails, in which virgin mojito & Strawberry Kiss were the best of all.

♥ And for desserts, had the brownie with vanilla icecream which was perfect to finish of the meal!

The service was nice, overall if you're in this area & looking for a pub for some good food, great music & drinks,...

DISASTER!! If you're someone who's going to this place based on GIRF in swiggy, please don't. Swiggy GIRF is giving 50% off on total bill, but this management is playing cheap tactics by replacing the menu. I do go to 10D Sainikpuri often, so I know the prices. But bcuz of this offer, they just brought in a new menu which has all the prices doubled. Like normally Loose Prawns costs around Rs.380-400/- but in this new menu, it's now Rs.680/-. A freaking fresh lime soda, which tasted absolutely disgusting, costed Rs.200/-. They basically lure the customers with this "50% off on total bill" offer and then give the new menu which has doubled prices, basically negating the offer. The ambience and lighting was similar to a street side local bar. The waiters don't even bother coming to you. And even if they do see you, they take their sweet time. And the music, it's not vibey nor enjoyable, it's just punjabi songs played with a deafening volume. I've never experienced such disappointment ever.
