Caffe Ritazza:

Caffe Ritazza is a new cafe opened in the lower ground floor of Sarath city capital mall serving some amazing coffee and food. It has a classic ambience ,decent decor with comfortable seating accommodating upto 20-30 people at once. I’ve been to this cafe with a group of foodie friends for dinner and had a fantastic experience. This cafe is a perfect outlet to have some good coffee after shopping .The staff at this place are friendly and generous. The service was prompt!

Food: Bbq chicken wings : The chicken wings were presented in a beautiful way which made them look mouthwatering. With proper seasoning of BBQ sauce over the chicken wings ,these were too good . The chicken wings were soft , juicy and had proper amount of spice.

All day pancake : Soft and fluffy pancakes layered and topped with strawberry’s and wipped cream was an eye candy to look at ! Adding some amount of maple syrup over the pancakes made them taste even more delicious!

Cheesy poppers : Crispy on the outer aspect and cheesy in the inner aspect made these poppers a delicious munching stuff along with hot coffee.

Fresh fruit with granola and greek yogurt: A perfect healthy bowl for breakfast is this richly colourful fruits along with delicious granola and Greek yogurt . This is perfect way to kick start your day!

Open ham and cheese baguette : This is a delicious meal at any time of the day ! With molten cheese over the open ham and very thin layer of chicken was a good one served along with tomato sauce!

Smoked chicken pizza : Perfectly smoked chicken tossed over the cheesy,flat bread pizza is a must try at this place. I personally loved the pizza and will surly come back for this one!

Ravioli chicken pasta : A fantastic combination of spinach and chicken with proper consistency of sauce made this a delicious one ! If the pasta dough was made a bit thin ,this would have been a perfect dish!

Desserts: Sizzling brownie - All time favourite Blueberry cheese cake -must try !

Drinks: Old school peach ice tea: This bright looking ,flavourful and refreshing drink at this place is a must try.With it’s fabulous taste, this drink will sooth your taste buds.

The UK based Caffè Ritazza chain has opened a new outlet in Sarath City Mall, Kondapur. The Café is spacious and the ambience is welcoming. The wide options of coffee and other beverages means that you can spend some quality time with your friends and family. Also, there are a number of board games to keep you occupied while your order is being prepared. The staff is also polite and the service is top class.

Things tried: Nutella Hot Chocolate: Hot Chocolates are one of my favorite and this one didn’t disappoint at all. This was on par with the ones you get at other places.

Café Mocha: Though not a coffee person, this one was quite good.

Fruit Salad: Served with Greek yogurt and granola, this fruit salad was truly a delight with lots of seasonal fruits. This is a must have for all the health conscious people and otherwise.

Cottage Cheese Baguette: A very good breakfast option, loaded with salad and cottage cheese and served with French fries.

All day Pancakes: Topped with whipped cream and served with fruits and granola, it was a versatile all-in one recipe.

White sauce pasta: Though the taste was good, there was nothing special to this.

Tiramisu: Although I am a big lover of Tiramisu, but I found this one to be missing. Could have been better.

Cheesecake: This had creamy filling and buttery biscuit base. Truly a delight.

Sizzling Brownie: Though the brownie got burned a bit, it still tasted delicious.

To end, I will keep coming back to this place to try more of pancakes and...

Unacceptable Customer Experience – Complete Nonsense

I’m writing to share an extremely disappointing experience I had today (25th Dec) at 2:30 PM IST at your store.

Every time I visit India, I make it a point to visit here to have a coffee but this time the experience was beyond frustrating. It seems like business is doing well – and so is the arrogance. The way your staff handled the situation was absolute NON-SENSE.

I was standing in the queue, waiting patiently, but orders were being taken from different directions – all from the same counter. What made it worse was that while one customer was at the counter paying the bill, the same staff member taking the payment was also accepting orders from others who weren’t even in line.

When I asked why this was happening and pointed out that I had been waiting, I was told “There is no queue, you haven’t ordered, that’s not my problem.” This level of disregard for basic customer service and fairness is shocking.

The lack of ethics in handling customers was appalling. I eventually had to raise my voice and call out the nonsense for what it was. An argument followed, but it became painfully clear that there was no sense of how to manage orders or treat customers with basic respect.

I rarely voice my concerns this strongly, but this experience was genuinely irritating. I hope you take this feedback seriously and address the behavior of your staff to prevent such poor practices...
