Extremely disappointing and disrespectful experience.

I ordered a special shawarma for ₹120, but was given a regular one (worth ₹100) — no cheese, no mayonnaise, no ketchup — just dry chicken and roti. When I asked, the vendor spoke to me in a disrespectful tone, saying "Pehle toh ₹100 do bas, iske," as if I didn't deserve what I paid for.

It was clear he judged me based on how I looked — I had just finished a 35-hour journey, was tired, and probably didn’t look my best. But that’s no excuse to treat someone like they’re less than others.

I understood everything he said in Hindi, though he assumed I wouldn’t. The way he looked me up and down was extremely uncomfortable and shameful. This is not how customers should be treated, no matter what they wear or how they appear.
