It was nothing short of a disaster. From the moment I walked in, I could sense the lack of professionalism and care. The prices they had the audacity to charge for their items were absolutely absurd and completely unjustified. Though they claim there is a discount when booked using zomato.
The first red flag was the poor service. The staff member serving us could not comprehend basic Hindi, English, or Telugu. It was as if they were deliberately ignoring the customers' needs and requests. Even making eye contact with them seemed like an invitation for them to look away and pretend not to notice.
To add insult to injury, the beer they served was priced at two and a half times more than its MRP! This blatant overcharging is nothing short of a scam and a blatant attempt to take advantage of unsuspecting customers.
When the starters finally arrived, it was served without any cutlery, plates, or tissue paper. It's as if they expected us to eat with our bare hands like savages. The level of ignorance displayed by the service staff was appalling, to say the least. Eventually they brought after repeated notice.
I cannot stress enough how disappointed and frustrated I am with this cafe's lack of professionalism and their complete disregard for customer satisfaction. It's clear that they have no interest in providing a quality dining experience, but instead, they are just out to make a quick buck at the expense of their customers.
I urge everyone to steer clear of this place and spread the word about their unfair practices and terrible service. Let's make sure this injustice and unfairness are known worldwide so that no one else falls victim to their deceitful ways. Save your money and sanity and find a more reputable...
Read moreStep into this charming space that sets the perfect mood with its delightful 90s music, perfectly catering to our taste. The highlight is undoubtedly the pocket-friendly prices for their food and beverages, making it an attractive option. Although the food quality falls somewhere in the lower-mid range on our scale, the fair pricing for the F&B compensates for it.
Once you place your order, the service is reasonably quick; however, it might take a bit longer to get someone to attend to your table. Nevertheless, it's a fantastic place to visit, offering an extensive selection of delectable food and beverages. You're free to indulge in anything you desire, as their ordering system allows for a seamless experience, making it all the more enjoyable. The array of drinks is plentiful, and you'll find an impressive assortment of both mocktails and cocktails to satisfy your preferences.
Starters here are a delightful treat, perfect for whetting your appetite, but the main course options are somewhat limited, with a focus on noodles and fried dishes. Nonetheless, the ambience is truly inviting, providing an ideal setting to relax and enjoy the company of friends while accompanied by some great music.
However, it's worth noting that some customers find this cafe a bit overpriced, especially considering that the dishes didn't live up to their expectations in terms of taste. Comparing the price charged to the overall dining experience, they felt slightly disappointed. Despite this, the cafe remains a charming spot to spend quality time with friends and enjoy a variety of food...
Read moreI’m sorry to pen this down in such a tone, but truth be told, our dining experience left a bitter taste in our mouths—quite literally.
We had ordered a chilly mushroom, specifically requesting it to be spicy, but what landed on our table tasted more like a bottle of tomato ketchup had spilled its guts all over it—far from the fiery dish we had in mind. We did share our two cents with the serving team, and while they did take it back to tweak, it still danced on the sweeter side of the palate. Slightly better than the first round, but still missing the mark by a mile.
That said, not everything was a washout—some of the other dishes we ordered did manage to hold their own and were fairly decent
Now, coming to the real fly in the ointment: the pizza. After waiting for what felt like an eternity (around 40 minutes), what we finally got was nothing short of half-baked—literally uncooked dough staring back at us. We were in the mood to linger a while longer, soak in the evening, but the sight of that pizza was the final nail in the coffin. Disappointed and disheartened, we settled the bill and made a beeline for the door.
To add insult to injury, my wife ended up with bouts of vomiting afterwards, which really put the cherry on top of an already awful experience.
On the brighter side, I’ll give credit where it’s due: the place does have plenty of cats roaming around, which might warm the hearts of cat lovers. But for anyone else, my honest two cents—tread carefully, or you might just end up biting off more disappointment than...
