I recently celebrated my birthday at The Rockyard with my family, and unfortunately, our experience was far from satisfactory. One of the main issues we encountered was the significant delay in receiving our orders. Surprisingly, even though the restaurant was not operating at full capacity, the service was slow and inefficient. It seemed that they were prioritizing online orders over in-house dining, which resulted in a lack of attention to customers dining at the restaurant.

Due to the prolonged delay in our orders, we had no choice but to cancel some of them, which was disappointing considering it was a special occasion. It's disheartening when a restaurant fails to deliver timely service, especially when guests are there to celebrate important events.

To add to the frustration, while we were in the process of paying our bill, we overheard another customer expressing a similar complaint. I think some restaurants don't know the meaning of buffet. This one is among them. If you have ever been to a buffet, then don't visit this restuarant you will be disappointed. I thought the experience would be like BBQ nation. But it was nowhere near it. They will serve you every thing that's in their so called buffet once on your table. But when you ask for something again their attitude is like they don't want you to order again, I mean then what's the point of unlimited food. Although they will get you want you want but their attitude will kill your appetite.

Now the food, the starters taste fine and were hot from outside because of the charcoal but they were cold within. The main course was served cold too. I mean cold food really, literally cold. When I asked the waiter to get it changed, he took the dish and went into the kitchen and I heard him say the chef to reheat the dish and he served it again.
