This is absolutely one of the worst restaurant experiences I've ever had in my life. The problems were uncountable and I'm definitely never going back. I came here to try the kuzhi manthi and was served the least delicious manthi in Ernakulam. It tasted nothing like the real manthi and I was served a lemon pickle instead of the tomato paste. It took forever for a waiter to notice me even though I was waving my hands around all the time. Once they leave, to order anything else, you have to start the process all over again. We usually order food from this restaurant and thought it’s good. We are vegetarians and ordered two veg biriyanis today and they sent two non veg biriyanis. We called the restaurant and complained. They asked to send a photo in WhatsApp and later we called. They are not even speaking a single word and didn’t shown the courtesy to apologise , instead the person who attended the call simply disconnected the phone. Ordered chicken biryani for takeaway and my son and daughter ate it after coming home, they both were vomiting for the whole day and the doctor said it was food poisoning. We went and talked about this to the hotel manager but he didn't bat an eye.The same thing happened with another family that we know of, after they ate from here.
