I am writing this letter to express my utmost disappointment and dissatisfaction with the food service I received at your restaurant, Octant Pizza, on 30/07/2023
Upon arriving at the restaurant, I was excited to try your renowned pizzas, but my experience quickly turned sour. The first issue I encountered was the prolonged waiting time to be seated, despite there being empty tables available. The staff seemed indifferent and disorganized, leaving me feeling neglected as a customer.
Once seated, the problems only continued. The server took an extensive amount of time to approach our table, and when they finally did, they appeared disinterested and unengaging. It was evident that they lacked basic knowledge about the menu, and they seemed unprepared to answer even the simplest questions.
When our food finally arrived, it was not up to the quality I had anticipated. The pizza was undercooked, with a soggy crust and barely melted cheese. The toppings were sparsely distributed, and the overall taste was far from satisfactory. This was not the delicious dining experience that your restaurant is reputed for.
Moreover, the general atmosphere in the restaurant was lacking, as the ambiance felt chaotic and noisy, making it challenging to enjoy the meal in a relaxed manner.
As a paying customer, I believe it is essential to receive value for my money, and unfortunately, this was not the case during my visit to Octant Pizza. I feel let down and disheartened by the overall experience.
I hope that this letter brings your attention to the issues I faced during my visit and encourages you to take prompt action to rectify them. I believe that addressing these concerns will not only improve the quality of your restaurant but also ensure that other patrons do not encounter similar disappointments in the future.
I kindly request a response from your management team regarding the steps you plan to take to address these problems. As a customer, I believe my concerns should be heard and acknowledged.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. I hope to see positive changes in your establishment...
ย ย ย Read moreOctant pizza PCMC Outlet is situated at Premier Plaza. There's a self-serving facility (buffet) for all the cuisines except Pizza as it's served at the table. The place is for Veg-friendly people only. First thing you've to pay first and then they allot you a table. It costs around INR 300 - 350 pp (unlimited food). They serve 100+ dishes. It's a good place to visit with family, friends, partner.
The place was neat, hygienic and well maintained. The ambience was splendid and the sitting arrangement was comfortable(do visit in the evening time as it'll be lighted marvellously). Music is also played to refresh the mood. The area where cuisines were kept was properly maintained. The restroom facility was good. The staff was polite, professional, courteous and supportive. To prevent food wastage they charge on dish's MRP if there's too much leftover, which is a great initiative.
They had multiple cuisines viz Chinese, Continental (to be specific mostly Italian), North & South Indian dishes, fast food, starters, Chaat, etc. Beverages are also provided at the table.
The food tasted okayish. We've tried multiple cuisines. However, Pizza was good. In Chinese, I loved the taste of Manchurian. A pasta dish l tasted (forgot the name) and it was a bit tangy. Garlic bread tasted fine.ย To be honest I'm not that delighted with the taste (taste buds to be blamed) but one can go for a different variety of foods which you may enjoy. At the end, outside the premises you can treat yourself with Icecream (they only had Pista, Vanilla and butterscotch flavours). The Icecream we tried was butterscotch and it was fine.ย Ice cream isn't allowed inside the premises maybe to prevent mishandling.
Do go and treat yourself to a variety of foods.

ย ย ย Read moreI visited this place on a weekend that is last Saturday. Fortunately I got the seats immediately else they have waiting in the weekend. You pay first and then enter being a buffet. Only pizza and garlic bread and soft drink seved on your table.
Ambience: Pretty good
Food: Lots and lots of options to try for. 350/- per head and unlimited food. They have about 15 to 20 cold salads and I tried few and were good. Starters: Paneer, French Fries, Chinese starters and many more. They also had a South Indian counter however you have to wait to get dosa's due to rush in weekend which was a not a good sign of waiting. You also have chat, pani puri, soft drinks, soups with bread crumbs. Main course: Pizza with 3 types we had option: cheese margarita, paneer pizza and corn capsicum thin crust and was served warm on table. To my surprise their Garlic bread was also very good with good amount of garlic and cheese on it and served hot on table. You also have other main course of rice, dal, Chinese varieties as well noodles and manchurian to name a few. Since I did not try that. I basically tried pizza, garlic bread and salads and few starters. Also last but not least for desserts they had shahi tukda which was ok, small pastries was good, watermelon ๐. And yes ice cream however you need to eat it outside the restaurant which was only thing I did not like. Rest all was good. Service: For my surprise I got a good service at this hotel going against the reviews and what I heard from the past reviews. My experience here was good and will visit again provided they maintain the service and taste...
