Visited this place today early evening, was greeted well and thats the only good thing about the experience i had today.. 5 star to the host !
After the amazing greeting; was allotted a table much bigger than what was needed, a table of 8 for 3 people. Broken sofa leg, made it a very uncomfortable seating experience… then came across our steward Mr. Jay Pandey, an oscar winning service for ignoring guests and never attending the table..
My order was a glass of beer, a pitcher of beer and a watermelon mocktail, with nachos as appetiser.. and main course of a mexican sizzler.
How did the food and cutlery arrive is a story altogether; lets see how they arrived:
Glass of beer, Pitcher of beer then a long wait for another glass to pour from the pitcher, Nachos, (all soggy and no nacho beans in it) Now the empty glass arrived, Mexican sizzler ( before even sipping the beer) Drinking water ( when asked for ) Spoons and forks, 2 Dinner plates on a table of 3, Tissue’s. Watermelon mocktail when reminded off.
After getting such adorably disgusting service, I asked Mr. Pandey to hold the sizzler for me as we would first like to drink and enjoy the not so delicious nachos, Mr. Pandey got offended and swore to never come back to my table until i left !
From then, no stewards, no waiters, no one came to our table to check if we needed something.
However, one other person had the courtesy to see me and understand we needed something, hence we ordered a portion of pizza, which came right after 12 mins..
Mr. Pandey passed by the table 8 times in all 2hours and 15 mins of our dining however, did not stop by us.. thank you Mr. Jay Pandey for letting us know, how rude you can be.
I had to get up myself 2 times for tissues and straw and walk upto the bar..
Could have spent some more time and more money. However, Mr. Pandey did not want me to. 😊😊
I have taken time out to post this on a very serious note, please if somebody is reading this you need to take this up immediately!
I might return as i like Hoppipola as a brand, however if this happens again, you guys are losing guests..
Note to other guests: please ask for a table which is not served by the Amazing...
Read moreIt was my second visit to Bohoba at Infiniti Mall in Malad West, and once again, it was a delightful experience! The space is full of character, with cozy corners, boho-chic interiors, and a laid-back atmosphere perfect for unwinding.
Although I was already full, I decided to stop by for a drink. I started with the Mountain Chicken, a creative twist on the classic Pahadi chicken tikka. It was flavourful, tender, and definitely a standout dish. I initially wanted to try tap beer, but due to some issues with the beer dispenser, they offered bottled beer instead, which was no problem. The drink menu had some great offers, so it didn’t break the bank.
One of my favourite aspects of Bohoba is their book corner. They have a lovely collection of books in a cozy, separate area where you can read, sip on a drink, and relax. It’s a perfect spot to unwind on your own or with friends.
The live cricket match being projected on the screens added to the lively energy, with many patrons clearly enjoying the game.
An extra touch that I really appreciated was the live music. The performer was talented, and the music created a great ambiance that added to the overall experience.
The menu is reasonably priced, so it’s not too hard on the pocket, making it an excellent choice for a wide range of people. During my visit, I saw a mix of office colleagues, families, college students, and middle-aged groups, which shows that this place truly caters to all kinds of crowds. The staff, from beginning to end, was incredibly courteous and attentive, ensuring a smooth and pleasant visit.
While I didn’t have room for it this time, I was really tempted to try the Thai coconut curry with steamed jasmine rice and kimchi, which was recommended by the staff. That’s definitely on my list for the next visit!
Overall, Bohoba is a fantastic spot with delicious food, a relaxed vibe, courteous service, and a space that appeals to everyone. Highly recommend stopping by for a drink, a meal, or just to chill...
Read moreThe place is very lively. It is located at the top floor of Infinity Mall, Malad. If you are really new, it might be a little difficult for you to find. There is a dedicated smoking area outside so that you don’t have any trouble while at the restaurant. The restaurant has a very good ambiance. The structure is really nice & there is a really nice bar running throughout the place. There is no wait during the weekdays but you can expect some during the weekdays. There is all different kinds of seating and trust me, all are really comfortable. +IPL was being streamed and we enjoyed that a lot lot. The food is tasty. I won’t say delicious but you’ll be enjoying. The presentation is really great. The menu is also fancy, i liked it. We had Pink Sauce Pasta, Masala Pizza & Chilli something which the staff (Naveen) had suggested and we were glad we went with his suggestion. The quantity also really good, you won’t expect this at the look of the place. Yeah, drink. The options are vast. Though I didn’t have any, my friends did and they went crazy. The presentation is really good here as well. There are all kinds of drinks available (remember i told you about the bar). There are offers going on on the drinks, so check them out. The staff is very friendly. They are very polite and will assist you with anything, really. They are very responsive as well, they’ll come to you the second they know you’re calling. The only issue i faced was the food took a little extra time to be prepared but then we go to such places to enjoy the wait. So, it was all really good. I would recommend you to visit this place if you are shopping in the mall because we all know how messy food courts can be & this place is worth...
