Cacio e Pepe has got to be the finest Italian pasta I've been able to eat in India. They make everything fresh, by order and simply divine. What blew me away was their Sfolgia Lordo in Brodo, in simple terms the most divine Mushroom broth slow cooked for about over 6-7 hours with the thinnest riccotta stuffed pasta that you add to it. Heaven, so fabulous that I had to order more as a special request the very same day. Their pastas are simply fabulous. All their butters that accompany their pasta is delicious and so easy to add in and keep on hand. They've recently added a mozzarella stuffed gnocchi which I tried and it simply blew me away. So light, so fresh and soooooo delicious. How can gnocchi taste this good, how? And their new addition of Amaretti il Limone which is an amaretti cookie with a gentle tap of lemon curd. OMG, I've gone through 3 bags in two days they are so good and so fabulous in flavour. I'm thrilled they've added a whole bunch of desserts as well. Of course the proverbial Tiramisu (it was a to die for) and a vey interesting Lemon version of the same. I try to stay away and I fail miserably for their cookies, biscotti's and other sweet stuff. It's gorgeous food made with love, attention and such fine technique. The menu offers a range of fresh pastas, and so many tempting new things each week. One is definitely spoilt for choice . So much is yet to be tried and enjoyed .
The website is truly efficient- clear with food description , instructions to cook are thorough , delivery is always on time and the whole experience is seamless . Even when I am not ordering - cacioepepe website is my go to page for a quick mood lift.

Read moreI've regularly purchased from Cacio e Pepe since it opened pre-Pandemic and then right through the Pandemic when it started home delivery as an option. Even today my week is incomplete without a meal using their pasta.
While the mainstay of my order has been the stuffed pastas, the bucatini, the tagliatelle (usually verde) and the spaghetti, I’ve often picked up their amaretti and cantuccini, and when I’ve been lazy even ordered from some of their readymade sauce collection. Their tiramisu, by the way, is excellent.
The fresh pastas are first-rate, as good as you will get anywhere in the world, especially when consumed the same day. It allows you to whip up a meal of the highest quality in ten minutes.
