Fisco Restobar-

❖ Location- Kandivali (w) never had high end restaurants;recently mahavir nagar got few of them though. ReallyThanks to FISCO that they have come up in this area.This restaurant is located just opposite to poisar gymkhana and near Raghuleela mall. They got valet parking too.(4/5)

❖ Theme- As the nearby area mainly eats vegetarian friendly food; they have come up with pure veg food restaurant who serves alcohol (They have not started Alcohol. Soon they will).(4/5)

❖ Ambience- Restaurant is really huge. Got ground and 1stfloor sitting with almost 200+ covers. Sitting is really comfortable with chairs and couches giving the perfect comfort needed. Lighting is really superb with hanging bulbs and gives really wow factor after sunset. Place gives you really positive vibes as soon as you enter inside.(5/5)

❖ Food and Beverage- Beverages, they have not started alcohol as of now but soon they will. Got few of the excellent mocktails like Orange Blossom(Orange + kaffir leaves), Italian Kick (Watermelon + basil), Bull power which was red bull based drink and excellent. It will be really nice once they start serving alcohol. Coming to food, as a vegetarian restaurant everyone always has limitations while making the menu but here Chef Manoj has created the menu in really superb way. They got excellent starters which are kind of twisted from the authentic food dishes.(4/5)

• KHOWSUEY SOUP- Authentic Burmese dish served in a soup format along with condiments like fried garlic, fried onions, crushed peanuts, chopped green chillies, chilli flakes and chopped coriander. I really love khowsey as a dish itself so for me it was perfect but really heavy to be honest. Consistency could have been more thinner I felt.(4.5/5)

• PANEER MASALA BASKET- Paneer cooked with Cajun spice powder and then topped with generous amount of grated cheese served in a crispy basket made with bread.(4/5)

• PAV BHAJI CONE- Pav bhaji filled in a cone which was made with pav(Cone shaped pav) and served. A perfect dish you can enjoy with your favourite drink.(4/5) • SPICY BABYCORN AND WATERCHESTNUTS- baby corns, water chestnuts, mix peppers tossed in medium spicy Chinese sauce. (4/5) • VEG BAMBOO BIRYANI- A biryani served in a thick bamboo along with raita. Once the server starts serving you can really smell wonderful flavours of mint, fried onions. Biryani was really winner with very wise balancing of mint, fried onions, long grain rice and veg masala. Serving in bamboo was unique. (4.5/5)

• PANEER CILANTRO WITH VEG FRIED RICE- Big chunky paneer cubes cooked in a coriander mint basedgravy along with mix peppers. A fried rice is a perfect combo to order with it.(4/5)

❖ To sum up- Staying in kandivali for last 30 years, we never had this kind of restaurant where the ambience, food and alcohol were the winner. So all the residents of kandivali are lucky to have this place now. A stunning ambience is what they got and which was lacking in this area along with vegetarian food and Alcohol. Fisco Restobar - A place located at Kandivali west near Raghuleela Mall

Starting with the ambience - This place have some classy interiors along with some round tables, high top tables, normal table and chairs❤️. Staff with a good knowledge in terms of recommendation, suggestions. A good overall hospitality there

So what all i tried : Italian Kick - A tangy and lip smacking drink to try there. Cool and reffreshing drink to have a kick start before your meal❤️

Cran Cooler. - Just perfect. Made of cranberry juice, ginger lime cordial and house mix (mixture of syrup and some juices in house), a great juice which was good in presentation and tamgy in taste

Dover- Basically of Black Current Puree, Pimeapple Juice and cream. The tow layers might get seperated due to light weight of cream. More on a sweeter side then the other two which i tried❤️

Fisco Special Spicy Khow Soup - A bowl of soup accompanied by some peanuts, green chlillies , rice, noodles, fried onion and garlic served along in small bowls aside to be taken as per your means and requirements. Spicy soup, highly presentable, somewhat thai coconut taste.

Paneer Bhuna Kebab - A good option in Starters recommended By staff there, macro pieces of paneer served after tandoor with different spices and masalas. Slight use of tandoor to be done more as the masala got stuck somewaht and was lil wet there.

Pizza Cone - In starter trying pizza cone can be a difficult option as you will be almost full till here😁. A lot of pizza veggies used along with a lot of cheese on the top of the pizza. A lil uneven distribution done as half of the cone was not having cheese😬. Can be improved here for cheese so it can be till the base of cone.

Spinach Turnover - Paneer mashed and made small balls cutted in halves topped with the sauce with chilli flakes and sesame seeds and served along with some fried spinach ❤️. A good starter to try as it was just perfect

Paneer Lasagne - Accompanied by Cheese Garlic Naan and butter naan , some pieces of paneer with some mild spiciness in the dish a BEST option to try inn main course here❤️. Try it with butter naan instead of cheese garlic bread or else garlic might slightly disconnect with taste

Fisco Special Bamboo Biryani - Biryani is all time Indian favourite. Served in different style in a bamboo hollow log with biryani in it served alomg with raaita seperately, a pefect aromatic and yummy biryani awaiting at Fisco ❤️

Oreo Shake - Quite common milkshake out there. Topped with oreo biscuit made of some milk sugar and crushed oreos, it was good in taste but lacked lil thickness

Berry Blast Shake - Made of berry syrups and milk , it was sweeter then expected. Can be improved a lot if sweetness is lil less and the thickness is also lil less. ❤️.

Overall high quality staff and material used to handle the place along with some amazing Food here. Slight improvement can bring...

Visited Fisco Restobar last night with a friend.

What to expect :- 2 floors with some amazing interiors Ground floor is kind of a silent zone. If you are looking for a fine dine experience with family, This is where you will want to seat.

1st floor is where the restobar comes into picture, Some nice tracks were played with little bit of mixes by the DJ. Most attractive part of this floor is the Tree of Light, Yes Lights grow on this tree's branches. Very nice seating arrangements, includes round table which is always better for a group of 6-8 people.

Mocktails we tried were Orange Blossom & Melon Cooler, Both of which were good. Melon Cooler has watermelon cuts inside the drink.

Spicy Burmese Khao Suey Soup :- Coconut based soup, Probably used coconut milk. Have tried some thai items which are coconut based, But this one didn't troubled me. Very authentic taste. Best thing they do, They do not add any extra ingredients in the soup by themselves, They present you with the small bowl of all you want to add. Like Rice, Noodles, Ginger, green chilli to name few. It's upto you what you want to add, So you are the chef (Not as good as their's though) of your own soup :).

Paneer Masala Basket (Recommanded) :- A basket made of crisp bread filled with Paneer and Masala (Or souces) as the name suggest. Every bite of juicy Paneer makes you go Wow. Best one of the day, well second to the Dessert for me. They provide 5 pieces of this in a dish. So make sure to order this so that everyone gets at least 2 of this otherwise there might be mutiny :).

Fisko Special Corn Cubes :- One of there signature dishes in Chinese Starters. Cubes made out of corn, According to me taste is somewhat similar to regular chinese startes like veg crispy. But the corn cubes here makes it a bit different.

Pav Bhaji Cone :- This is made like cream rolls, Just instead of cream you will get it filled with PavBhaji's bhaji. Very well made cone.

Fisco Special Bamboo Veg Biryani :- As the name suggested, It is presented inside a bamboo filled with Veg Biryani, You do not get to eat Bamboo though :). Yummy Biryani after a long time.

Paneer Cilantro :- Chinese Main course item, Not one of there Signature dishes. Fried rice with some Paneer and gravy made it wonderfull and made me wonder how good their singnature dishes would taste.

Motichur Laddu Icecream (Highly Recommanded) :- Ever had this fusion, Motichur Laddu & Icecream, Well i didn't until now. Even though i was full, It didn't stopped me from finishing it. 2 cubes of magic filled with Motichur and Icecream. No other words needed for this.

So overall very nice Ambiance, Friendly & humble staff and food you will not forget. Will surely visit this place again...
