I recently had the pleasure of dining at True Tramm Trunk, and it was an experience worth sharing. Nestled in the heart of Juhu, this rooftop restaurant offers more than just a meal; it offers a captivating view of Mumbai's skyline coupled with delectable cuisine.

Ambiance (5/5): The moment I stepped onto the rooftop, I was greeted by a warm and inviting ambiance. The open-air setting, complete with cozy seating arrangements and dimly lit lanterns, created a relaxing atmosphere.

Service (4/5): The staff at True Tramm Trunk were attentive and courteous. While the service was generally good, there were a few moments when it took a bit longer than expected to get our orders. Nevertheless, their friendliness and knowledge of the menu made up for any minor delays.

Food (5/5): Now, onto the highlight of the evening - the food! True Tramm Trunk's menu boasts a wide variety of dishes, catering to various palates.

For starters, we had a delightful selection:

Paneer Tikka Tandoori: The paneer tikka was a vegetarian delight, perfectly marinated and charred to perfection. Each bite was bursting with the flavors of Indian spices, making it a delightful choice for vegetarians.

Smoked Chicken Tikka: The smoked chicken tikka was a carnivore's dream. The tender pieces of chicken were infused with a smoky essence and complemented by a medley of spices.

In the main course, we ventured into two distinct yet equally enticing options:

Bang Bang Chicken Noodles: A flavor-packed dish that combined tender chicken with perfectly cooked noodles and a spicy sauce that was both savory and slightly tangy. It offered a delightful fusion of flavors and textures.

BBQ Cottage Cheese Pizza: This pizza was a revelation for vegetarians. The smoky, barbecue-flavored cottage cheese on a crisp crust, topped with a medley of vegetables, created a tantalizing blend of tastes.

Dessert (5/5): After such a fantastic meal, we couldn't resist indulging in the Chocolate Walnut Brownie for dessert. It was an absolute masterpiece! The brownie was warm, rich, and gooey. Each bite was a symphony of chocolate and nutty goodness. Paired with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, it was the perfect conclusion to our dining experience.

Drinks (4.5/5): True Tramm Trunk offers an extensive selection of cocktails and mocktails. We tried the Maharashtra Santra and Watermelon and Basil drinks. The Maharashtra Santra had a delightful citrusy flavor that was both refreshing and tangy. The Watermelon and Basil drink, on the other hand, was a unique combination that struck a perfect balance between the sweetness of watermelon and the aromatic basil notes. Both beverages complemented our meal beautifully.

Overall (4.5/5): True Tramm Trunk in Juhu offers an enchanting rooftop dining experience with excellent food and creative beverage options. The ambiance, combined with the picturesque view, makes it a perfect spot for a romantic evening or a special celebration. While service was mostly impeccable. Nevertheless, I would highly recommend this restaurant for anyone looking to savor...

Well, your search is over because you just found a this cocktail which was really thrilling this cocktail was sweet and sour mixed with red bull which was really awesome if you want something in sweet and sour go for this you will really enjoy this cocktail

🔸Starters CHICKEN TANDOORI LOLLIPOP:This chicken lollipop was really delicious the thing I loved in this was chicken was juicy and properly grilled this starter is served with green chutney and sliced onions which was really delicious 🔸pizza BARBEQUE CHICKEN WITH BELL PEPPERS PIZZA:This pizza was tasty and delicious it serves 2 to 3 people properly the size of the pizza was big enough taste wise it was really awesome pizza base was thin crust pizza was fully loaded with chicken and vegetable those who are pizza lover must try this one was really delicious and tempting

🔸IN ALFREDO WITH MUSHROOM PASTA AND ADD ON CHICKEN Special think in this pasta was you costimse as per your taste they having options for pasta in penne/fusilli/spaghetti So you can choose as per your preference So in this pasta you can add also I added chicken was really good this pasta comes in white sauce and in every bite you will have taste of mushrooms,chicken chunks and vegetables pasta lover this is a nice option go try out this delicious pasta

🔸Meals MAO CHAO :This was perfect meal in this also you having options rice and noodles and gravy as per your choice chicken or prawns so I had tried chicken one with fried rice basically chicken fried was topped up with chicken chilli which was really good in taste if you are looking for main course in Chinese order this meal which was really good and tasty

🔸DESSERT Tiramisu : Taking sweet moments to another level this dessert was like a soft cake flavor of tiramisu is a sweet, creamy, coffee flavor. Tiramisu has a very unique flavor and it is typically served chilled want to try out something new in dessert make sure go for this tempting and delicious dessert

TRUE TRAMM TRUNK - JUHU 🩷 LOCATION - This resto bar is located at juhu and has a different outdoor and indoor seatings. Also can be easily located from the roadside since it's a rooftop.

AMBIENCE- The Ambience is amazing with super inviting entrance with indoor as well as outdoor seating, spacious lounge and beautiful interiors with elegant minute detailings, dope decor, lavish rooftop dining and plenty of space for photoshoots, huge parties and functions.The whole ambience has my heart. It looks much more charming in night lights.The seating is completely comfortable and the whole place has a pleasant vibe.

STAFF & SERVICE- The staff and bartenders are super kind, well mannered , trained and courteous. The staff is attentive. They maintained the warm, calm environment. The service is prompt.

FOOD- No doubt the food is remarkable in taste, quality as well as quantity and freshly made and served hot.

OUR ORDERS-

BEVERAGES- COCKTAILS - KINNAURI GHANTI - A perfect blend of appy fix and vodka infused with green and red apple. Had a strong apple flavour and it accompanied well with the food that we ordered. PAWSAR - It is a blend of mix fruit juice and 3 alcoholic spirits. It's quite alcohol rich. Both the cocktails were served in a Desi daru glass bottle.

STARTERS- VEG CALIFORNIA SUSHI ROLL - Sushi roll prepared with Avocado, cucumber, lettuce, bell pepper and cream cheese. It's a must try sushi if you are trying for the first time. It has a nice melt in mouth feel and is more like a comfort food. Must must try on the menu. We loved this sushi. TACOS - Crispy taco filled with delicious guacamole and spicy salsa, cream cheese and topped with avocado slice. 3 tacos are served and are quite fulfilling and utterly delicious. Must try.

MAIN COURSE- CRISPY CHICKEN BURGER - Crispy chicken patty, Mayo, onions and lettuce. Tasted good. PANEER MAKHNI WITH GRILLED ONIONS AND CORIANDER PIZZA -  Thin crust pizza topped with alot of cheese, paneer, coriander. Tastes Delicious.

DESSERT- CHOCOLATE MOUSSE - 3 layered mousse, has a melt in mouth texture and is must try.

In all it was an amazing experience over here. I would suggest one to visit here at least once for the lavish dining experience at rooftop along with such a wide Beautiful ambience and live music. Its a place worth visiting with friends and loved once! I personally loved the service and ambience. Must must place to visit.
