Chill N Grill — Restaurant in Nagpur

We wanted to organise a party for 30 pax, occasion was a kind of farewell party for one my my employee. We went searching for fine dine restaurants & Chill n Grill was closest to what we were looking for. They have both A la carte & table d’hote menus. They offered us the veg menu, as in navratri they don’t offer non-veg & drinks to the customer. Once we paid the booking amount, they started calling us for some tweaks in the menu. They asked for change in welcome drink, starters, daal, rice & desserts. We didn’t like that one bit, but we were helpless as we had already paid the booking amount. Eventually, the party went well. The ambience there is nice, warm & cosy & it gives you a homely feel with the sofas & lighting having a drawings room kind of aesthetic to it. The food too was great. No complaints here. The staff people were very proactive & served everything at the right time, taking care of all the guests. We told them to play bollywood music, not too loudly & they obliged. One of the hopeless hotel i hv never seen in nagpur,,the food is very bad test ,,& very expensive ,the waiter give mineral water bottel without any intimation ,thats it is chargebal , i ask him .Y u give mineral water botal ,he told me ,,we don't serve normal water, because water is bring from out side and it's dirty,,,it means the food is cooked from dirty water, then he didn't gave any answer.. The botel charge is 38 ru and gst is separate ,,the cost of mineral water bottle is 20 ru .But he gives 38 ru with GST..They r totally professional and looting ur hard earned money. After bill paid they don't give ur return money which is 3 ru ,they think that 3 ru r chiller which is very small amounts,i.e they r not honest with u. The good thing is that ,, sitting arrangements is very good. But test of food is very very bad.which we want,,it's better to go small hotel where the food r testy...

Loved the place in terms of service and food quality even though it was quite expensive but good in terms of services provided. It has rooftop sitting as well as indoor sitting. Parking facility is also available here. Taste of food is awesome. Quality is also good. Must visit this place. The food is delicious, with a variety of options to choose from, and the drinks menu is impressive. We ordered Chicken steak Sizzler 😋👌We also tried mojito amd its taste was really very good,they made it perfectly. The staff is friendly and attentive, ensuring a memorable visit. Amazing place for any parties like birthday, anniversary and else. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great meal...
