I wish to rate 0 🌟 Today was the worst restaurant experience I have ever had in my life. My family and me had dinner at blue leaf. I have no words to describe the food. Badly cooked starters, meagre portions, slow service. The list is endless. We had the murg mussalam for main course. Not only did they take more than half an hour to serve it, but it was served in a burnt gravy, with undercooked chicken and double amount of salt.Upon complaining, the staff first tasted it and accepted mistake. He then called the general manager and explained. He started arguing that the preparation is right, and said that we are trying to evade from paying the bill. When we explained it's not the case, we won't leave without paying, he threatened that if we don't, he'll have to use other means to make us pay, and created a big scene, using foul language. This lead to a big argument. Never in my life, have I ever seen a hotel staff with such pathetic attitude, so arrogant, and extremely disrespectful towards customers. At one time, blue leaf was a preferred place for dinners, but now i can say without a doubt, BAD FOOD, BAD STAFF AND BAD SERVICE. So if you're ever looking for a place to have dinner in Nashik. Remember, blue leaf is the worst place...
Read moreIf you're looking for a restaurant with delicious food and a cozy atmosphere, this place is worth considering. The stuffed mushrooms were exceptional, and the overall food quality was perfect. The flavors were well-balanced and cooked to perfection, making it a must-try dish. The restaurant also offered a wide range of dishes to choose from, which catered to different dietary needs.
However, the service at the restaurant was not up to par. The staff seemed disinterested and not very attentive, which detracted from the overall dining experience. The food took a long time to arrive, and we had to ask for water multiple times. It would be great if the management could improve the service and ensure that the staff is more attentive to customers' needs.
On the other hand, the atmosphere at the restaurant was perfect. The ambiance was cozy and welcoming, making it a great place to spend time with friends and family. The decor was charming, and the lighting was just right, creating a warm and...

Mr Vikram Ugale, the owner came to us personally and ensured that the service given to us was top-notch. He also suggested us some dishes worth trying.
We had the Vegetarian & Non-vegetarian Platter, Masala Bhakhari and Chicken Know Suey.
The platters were a little too hot for my liking but all the kebabs/tikkas were bursting with flavours. Theh basically consisted an assortment of all Indian tandoori starters like Paneer Tikka, Chicken Tikka, Seekh Kebab, Tandoori Aloo etc. The Chicken Know Suey was a very unique dish, consisting of Burnt Garlic Fried Rice and Chicken Grvay. The curry was a little sweet to the taste with an aromatic coconut flavour. I would absolutely recommend it to everyone.
All in all, it was a pleasant experience of going to the restaurant. Will definitely visit again if I...
