First thing first if you really want to taste authentic jilebi junction don't go for this place instead go to the one near royal Enfield showroom baner. If there would have a option of giving 0 star I probably given to them. The taste of food serves is not soo good its below average and it's not worth for the money they charge. Over and above they are simply goons. I had a horrible experience about billing today at the same place. For the 4 pieces of puri they first charge me Rs. 105 after asking for bill they stalled me by saying our system is not working, finally after waiting for 10 min or so they gave me bill which was charged Rs. 84 which was the bill of bedvi (a puri stuffed with masala) but in real they just gave us plain puri. And 4 bedvi puri with aloo subji is charged rs 100 and 4 extra plain puris which billed as bedvi puri charged rs 84. They don't even had a courtesy to suggest us to go for the bedvi+ aloo subji instead of 4 puri. After asking to them they was like so what we just charged you extra money for nothing. After telling them i'll make a review the person was like aap galat baat kar rahe ho n all... DON'T GO TO THIS PLACE REALLY...
Read moreWent to Jalebi Junction for dinner. Not much of an ambience as such and probably slow moving staff (had to wait for 15 minutes even for a menu card and not many occupied tables). Having said all of that, the restaurant deserves 4 star rating for food. Ordered basket chaat, veg cutlet, makai aloo paneer paratha, Shahi paneer and laccha paratha combo and a plate of jalebis. The vada in basket chaat was a bit dry. The size and taste of veg cutlet (including the stuffing) was literally petty good. We felt that Makai aloo paratha had a little less stuffing but to make a paratha out of makai dough was a novelty for us, hence full marks for that as well. Shahi paneer and laccha paratha combo was decent, however the paratha was made of maida and not of whole wheat (which pulled down the score a little bit). But still, the two parathas in the combo and the quantity of Shahi paneer is a wholesome and very heavy meal for one person. And to conclude, the jalebi was the match winner. Such crisp and sweet jalebi made the day for all of us.

Read moreThe jalebi was fresh but the rabdi was spoilt. Just by smelling it everyone in our group could tell that it was bad. It was evening and the rabdi was probably at room temperature for hours. It happens in summer and we understand that. But what made me furious was the guy at the counter telling me that rabdi never goes bad. The guy who deep fries jalebi tasted his stock of rabdi and i could see that it had formed a slimy texture indicating that it was bad. He promply got a new stock and replaced mine with it, despite of again not agreeing that it was spoilt.
Please own your mistakes and correct it. Don't tell customers that they don't understand what rabdi is and that it can never go bad. We chose you because of convenience, not because we don't know how to make rabdi. Any milk product kept at room temperature in summers will go bad in a matter of hours.
Not coming back here, not...
