I placed order on 17th January 2025, and what followed was an absolute disaster. • Delivery Delay: The food took nearly 2 hours to arrive, despite multiple follow-ups with the Model Town, Ludhiana store and delivery driver. This delay was completely unacceptable. • Cold and Inedible Food: The pizzas were ice-cold, rock-solid, and poorly handled when they arrived. They were not fit for consumption. • Unprofessional Behavior: The staff was rude and dismissive, accusing me of trying to get “free food” and offering a single pizza as compensation for an order worth ₹1,544. They ignored my request to return the food and failed to follow up after promising a resolution. • No Accountability: Even after escalating to the manager, no meaningful resolution has been provided. The entire experience lacked professionalism and respect for customers.
