MP ladies hostel — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

Im a frequent customer of this hotel from 2016 to now...our friends are attracted to Shawarma from the day it introduced and it was the best shawarma which we ever tasted in chennai. But now days the taste and quality of the food become very worst these days. For the last couple of times being a Shawarma lover i i used to have the shawarma and realised the taste is not good as previous and i thought that maybe there is any problem with the chicken and it will be ok on next time...But unfortunately yesterday also taste of shawarma gets worst than the last time ...Al Ajwain lost their food quality and only focus on thier business enlargement. Yesterday im having a bad impression on thier customer service.they treat us in harsh way when we guys are being a regular customer. Hereafter i don't prefer any one to this hotel to have...

Did a Post takeaway post lockdown from here this afternoon . Place has a foot operated sanitizing station outside the entrance but is in a corner easy to miss . Could be of more use if placed more prominently . The place has started with dine in after the lockdown . Ordered a full grill chicken and wait time was around 20 min . My fellow customer was complaining about waiting for over 45 min for a delivery order. Staff crunch may be for now. The place supports cashless transactions . As for the taste and quality of the dish it was a bit chewy n hard . Dine in would have enhanced the experience but given the situation did not want to opt . Food Quality wise all good, except for rice items (better avoid for rice varieties).... Fried rice and biriyani is not up to the mark... Other tandoori, naan, paratha and gravy items are good.. Mexican Shawarma is really good.... Worst part is, to manage larger crowd there is no enough workers to handle... Sat on table around 8.40 PM and each item took so much time to come to table (not too many items too) and finally while paying bill time was 10.41PM.... so I guess, good to visit here during weekdays instead weekend to avoid such long waiting for each item to reach your table...
