I had a very disappointing and unhygienic experience at Sri Balaji Bhavan. When I ordered food, to my shock, the hotel staff had packed my food along with the billing receipt stuck directly on the dosa. The paper and ink got melted into the food, making it completely unsafe to eat.
This shows a serious lack of hygiene and carelessness in food handling. Thermal receipts are not meant to touch food as they contain chemicals, and yet it was stuck onto the dosa itself. This is not only irresponsible but also dangerous for customers’ health.
A reputed restaurant should ensure cleanliness, proper packaging, and safe serving practices. Unfortunately, this experience has left me very dissatisfied, and I would not recommend this place until they improve their standards.
