I express my deep dissatisfaction with a recent experience at your Ambernath KFC outlet near D-Mart.On our visit, we decided to take advantage of the Wednesday special offer priced at ₹619. Unfortunately, the chicken we received was excessively oily, with oil literally leaking from the pieces. This is not only unappetizing but also poses a significant health risk. The poor quality of the food is unacceptable, and it is evident that KFC's focus has shifted from quality to quantity in recent times.We attempted to document the issue with photos, which clearly show the excessive oil, though we did not capture videos of the oil leakage. We had to use almost 25-30 tissue papers to soak up the oil from the chicken. When we brought this matter to the attention of the KFC staff at the outlet, their response was dismissive—they simply shook their heads and acted as if this was a normal occurrence.Given this experience, we strongly advise residents of Ambernath to avoid this KFC outlet. It's disheartening to say that even local street vendors selling vada pav demonstrate a higher level of professionalism and food quality than what we encountered at KFC.We hope KFC will take immediate action to address these quality issues and improve the standards of food and service. It's a tad bit expensive for a common man like me but sometimes when it's the "aaj kuch acha khate hai" mood then it's KFC that rings our bells. I have tried many options from my last visits and almost liked all of them except a few, I'd like to bring to your notice that McDonald's has the best fries 🍟. KFC has a long way to go to taste that good. You'll find McDonald's just beside the KFC outlet, other than that burger King, pizza Hut all are available at the same complex and more fast food joints are opening in the same area as well. Stores like sketchers, puma, only, Nike and other brands also have their outlets in the same premises. which makes it a little crowded at evening to night time. Also finding parking is a little difficult since the place has turned out to be more popular than the designer originally...
