This is a note to the owner. Please take care of the place. No doubt you invested a lot of money in this but you need to keep your staff in check. Waiters were really not happy to work and they delayed and delayed until we finally got up to go because we couldn’t get three cups of tea! In 35 minutes to be precise, and upon giving feedback to the receptionist guy, he did not even have the curtesy to look up and listen to our complains and concerns about that one waiter. Also, the waiters needs to understand that they may get some form of constructive criticism, instead of talking back to the customers in a rude tone if they put their focus on actually serving them nicely with a little smile on their faces, it could get a lot better.

Dhillon Dhaba is the best Dhaba I've visited in the last three years! The washrooms are super clean, smell good and have proper disposal bins too. The dining area is very open, ample daylight, and super clean and hygienic. The staff is very hospitable, warm, helpful and courteous. Food is nice, tastes good and not too heavy (like oil or butter floating around in your meal). In all I give this place 5 stars for the green pastures they have done up outside the dhaba, it's no less than a restaurant. Wash areas as well as seating areas are spic and span. The best Dhaba experience. Lassi could be better but it didn't dampen my liking...
