Our family went there for valentines dinner on 14th feb i would say no one was there to greed you well we were looking for someone who can ask us where we can sit other than that we were 9 pax for dinner we asked for that particular table they said its reserve later on we saw random family came they were on 5 they offered them . The food portion was very less somehow the starters of the platters were good but the main course was pathetic do not try there Dal makhni Paneer hara pyaz lababdar and malai kofta was disaster in taste better u sit back home and cook food from YT and offer to your family at home ... i am a hotelier too I have worked with jw marriott and Taj palace and currently working in USA on the cruiseship I do understand the peak period of valentines and new year rush but there was not even rush the Butter roti was so thin like papad u can not see the difference b/w naan and Roti the breads were so late everytime no variety of dessert only ice cream and it was not worth it the each item was not worth the price the cutlery was not offer after finishing the starter too the glass was not cleaned found hair in it and the spoon was so dirty i cleaned it with napkin pind baluchi is a good brand seems like not offering the right proportion of food quantity is very very less . Everytime I was looking for someone to attend it was so nasty that these people were looking so tired no one had smile feeling like they were giving food for bhandara for free . The big problem is parking issue u cant park your car anywhere u are almost stuck at road . Owner has to look for improvement meerutian knows about the hospitality sir they are not crazy coming there and your staff treating everyone unwelcomed my guests gave me this rating this rating is from 7 of them . The singer was superb who were performing that day ....
Read moreVisited first time. For starters just ordered Tamatar ka shorba and kurkure mushroom. Kurkure mushroom were good. ( Recommended) Tamatar ka shorba ( was good but had a lot of black pepper, could open up your sinuses 😷) Tip💡 Don't forget to carry handkerchief or ask for tissues instead Pind Balluchi does not have a soup menu. It has a list of Shorbas instead. For main course-
Paneer Hara Lababdar made of spring onions. Tasted ok-ok. Too much salt. Masalas were not fried properly. So you may ask them to reduce the salt and fry masalas well before serving you.
Dum Aloo chatpati gravy - Well the gravy was like Butter chicken gravy. Had too much mirchi. It is ok for those who like spicy food.
Breads- Lachha parantha, roti and garlic naan. Not so good as they were not crisp , naan was more chewy. The lachha parantha was still better.

One of the stewards even asked to free the chair as MD of the restaurant was coming. They have seating arrangement for 4 but not for 5. 2 stars only for the ambiance and the initiative of opening the chain of restaurants in the city. In the middle of the meal the steward asked me to shift from the chair and till we were finished no one occupied the chair/table I was asked to vacate. Restaurants and places to eat are meant to serve and welcome guests and the staff should be trained and taught for this. You go to the same chain of restaurants in cities like Hyderabad, New Delhi and see the hospitality of staff. Would not recommend until the service and hospitality is worked upon...
