House Of Blues — Restaurant in Uttarakhand

Or the white monstrosity. We walked into this place on the third day of our atay at kasar devi. The interiors look a confused mash-up of a delhi pub with white walls which conflicts with kasar devi area in general.

We ordered Dal fry, matar paneer, french fries, jeera aaloo. Everything apart from jeera aloo was inedible. The chapatis were stale. The dal was all water and oil and tasted awful. The french fries were undercooked and full of dripping-oil.

The worst part was when we just pointed out that the food wasn't good and we just wanted to pay the bill and leave, the chef called (yelled at) us to the counter to 'discuss' the feedback instead of actually coming to the table to see what they had served us.

And to top it all, we were handed the wrong bill, there were two occupied tables when we were there-...

We stayed kasar for a 7 night, we have went for breakfast, lunch, dinner 4 different places/restaurant. but no one is satisfyed us, in kasar we found many restaurant, cafe where is a lack of hygiene, somewhere the food Taste/quality is not good., same Wherever the price is the high but food quantity is used to be less.

House Of Blues cafe/restaurant, the location of this place is awesome., nicely furnished. It has a wide balcony outerside from where you can eat and drink see the entire valley and mountains.

Food taste is very good, price is reasonable in comparison to food quantity and fast service.

As top-rated restaurants were not open, we went to the House of Blues for the first time. Contrary to other smaller restaurants, the spacious hall with its airy seating arrangements viz comfy and sofas were very welcome after our tiring journey.The ambience was very warm and attractive. The service was efficient and prompt, well managed by the lady supervisor. In fact although the decor was just adequate, her insuring good service by staff was visible.
