I went to Old Madras cafe on their closing hours around 10.15 Pm. Only chappathi and Dosa was available... No complains, as they would have ran out of stock. I ordered for a chappathi, one was edible and the other one was half cooked. The waiter acknowledged and went for a change, surprise they said I need to eat the same and will not change,,, after politely refusing the chappathi, ordered dosa and completed my dinner.

I have every right to get it fine.. if she thinks that its wrong hours, she should have politely denied me and the rest of the customers at the time of entry...

To MD :- Sir understand the pain of running business but quality and customer satisfaction is key for success (we accept a bill addition of 3 rs as extra (this case for a good banana leaves if it was used) but cannot compromise on quality) also if the leaves stock got complete , if i were in maintenance today, i would rather get the new leaves from out side or served food with plates covered with that same small banana leaves which can be cut with shape of plate would be an...
