You wouldn't believe that at the end of the narrow alley there is a neat, small food place, serving traditional sundanese dishes in a beautiful presentation. All the dishes are freshly prepared based on your request. By freshly I mean deep fried mostly.
Dishes served in a clean table with proper plating as much as a small, inside the alley restaurant (or warung) considered. The food taste really delicious. Like they cook with all their hearts. Even the hot tea taste so clean and different from other sundanese warung I've ever tried.
All come with 3 types of chili paste and a basket of enticingly fresh vegetables (lalapan). You should definitely try the house special chili paste. I think it would go perfectly with fried chicken, or any other proteins.
For the lunch, we ordered : Sauteed mushroom Urap Semur jengkol Deep fried giant shrimp (are they lobster!), i think this is their special menu Stewed ox tongue Paru goreng
All the menu are perfect and we finish them all,...

As you go down the alley you turn left to go down a small pathway which will lead you to this restaurant. It is hidden but if you do find will not be disappointed. You can choose what you want at the front where you pay as you can see what you are ordering or just sit down and order from the menu. You do not eat with any utensils but with your hands , it is an interesting experience as you will enjoy the food even more. If you are having soup then you are given a spoon. I would recommend this restaurant as it is authentic and you get to have an interesting and different experience...
