Warunk Upnormal Purwokerto — Restaurant in Central Java

Always a fan of any Upnormal cafe/resto. We ate frequently in Bali, where we came from and we just wanted to grab some bites in here too. Googled it and found it just in front of the Soedirman University. Such a strategic place for a business, this mean the place is crowded. So just bear with it when you come in during the lunch or dinner time.

People usually come here to get the wifi. Therefore, there are people who just won’t give up their seat. Especially if they got the one with the plugs.

Food wise, to be honest with you, the taste somehow slightly different than the ones in Bali. In Bali, the foods are more punchy. The timing is also not as fast as in Bali but probably because they had many customers upstairs when we were there which we just didn’t see the other customers.

They have some air cons, unfortunately they were also useless. The place was kinda warm. I didn’t feel comfortable hanging out at the place for long. Anyway, we sat in front of the cashier or the order place so we also had the opportunity to look at how the staff works. Some of them were nice but there was one particular person who work at the cashier, she wasn’t that nice. Probably grumpy bcs of the warm...

you can found Indomie with several topping here. it cost around 6000 - 20000 for a bowl of indomie. the place is cozy. this is the right place if you want to spend your time with your friends. they offer so much toys that you can play along with your friends.

if you want to work and forgot your laptop, you can use computer for free.

Comfortable place with free wifi and various menu. The prices offered is sensible and the foods taste okay. The place has wide tables so it is very convenient if we want to hold group meeting or something along that line. For me personally, as a coffee-drinker, the coffee is a little weak. But with the price it comes with, i think it is decent enough and drinkable. Overall, it is a good choice for students who search for places to hold...
