Great Katsu restaurant and looked very clean and tidy.
Had the Cheese Chicken Katsu set menu. Took awhile to make but it was delicious. Although you could see the cheese, you couldn't really taste it much. But still the katsu chicken was delicious and had a very nice presentation.
The Panko Tofu was semi good, if you liked deep fried batter, then this is good for you but the actual tofu portion is very small.
I don't normally like Tempe (forgive me 😅) but the Tempe Katsu was surprisingly good. It didn't taste like normal tempe but more of a crispy cracker.
Also ordered the Agedashi Tofu. Nothing too outstanding with this dish. Standard like most other places that serve Agedashi Tofu.
I didn't try the Salmon Teriyaki Don (no fish for me) but it had a very nice presentation.
If you like deep fried katsu/panko crumbed or crispy fried foods, definitely...
Read moreI did not find this restaurant any special from any other katsu restaurant. I myself had a salmon teriyaki don. The salmon teriyaki don was fine, it came with a generous amount of lettuce. The salmon was tender enough and the size was proportional for me.
Most food that we ordered was curry based food; chicken katsu, hamburg katsu, udon. The crust of the katsu was crispy and the curry was plenty. It was our relative's birthday, and we were given free birthday noodles (yaki soba with tasteless chicken balls). The taste was decent but many parts of the noodles stick with another. (Is it because of complimentary food then the cook put less effort to detach them?)
The restaurant is not big, and the location is near the entrance. The staff was helpful and friendly. The price was reasonable and there is a 10% discount of spending a...
Read moreI came with my family and I guess we were the 3rd customer that day. The waiter and waitress were so friendly asked how many persons? Which place we would like to eat, gave us some menu and said "please choose the food and I will comeback shortly". Fast forward we ordered beef tataki salad, beef curry, chicken (tenpura) sambal matah and hot ocha and lechee tea for drink. The food were great, especially the beef tataki salad. Simple meat with perfect seasons and vegetables. For you who likes fried food, their fried is so thick and big. But for my kids, they dont really like thick flour of their beef and chicken. So match your taste. The restourant location is nice. You can enjoy lake, some swan black swan swimming or walk arround along pave road with many trees...
