Ordered delivery so only rating the food, not the facility

Ordered via Grab and delivered in a reasonable time despite rain. Their English Breakfast meal was indeed that - a single fried egg, a 'sausage' (chicken hot dog), a slice of deli meat (processed), a half piece of toast, a small packet of baked beans and half a cooked tomato. Everything was pretty typical for Medan Western food fare - no complaints but nothing extraordinary either. Teriyaki chicken rice bowl was also good. Single container but the teriyaki chicken is separate from the rice so it doesn't get soggy during delivery - genius! Cumi goreng was tasty - a bit over-salty but otherwise solid.

Taste of all the food are good, but unfortunately the service is not good

The table is made of stone and one of the glass fall, of course the glass break. The cashier wants us to pay Rp. 20.000 for the used glass with unpleasant expression on the face.

After i check, the price for new glass only below Rp. 10.000 per pcs

The Cups & Co offers delicious choices of foods and beverages. They offer the local, Asian and Western menu. They also have tea, coffee and soft drink. The rice bowl beef steak is nice. Food portion is adequate. The coffee needs to be improved, not so thick. Service quality is also good. Food serving speed is okay. Dining ambience is comfortable. Free WiFi is provided.
