Kimukatsu Trans Studio Bali — Restaurant in Denpasar Barat

If I could give no stars I would, absolutely horrible! We ordered our food and sat down, they brought out our drinks which was a can of hot coke and a glass of hot under the counter iced tea both had ice that was so white it was almost glowing! We then asked what water they use and he said local water so we said we can’t have that being from Australia and risk getting sick but he kept refusing to take it off the bill until I had to mention the law with ice in restaurants/hotels then they brought out my partners food but not mine so we told them we ordered 2 of the chicken sushi as they thought we only ordered 1 and they said they would get mine, my partner was finished his dinner and we waited 30 minutes…. No sign of my dinner anywhere so we just paid the bill and left. Spent an hour in there and I didn’t even get my meal so left hungry. Horrible customer service and my partner said the sushi was average not that good.

does server here all cannot speak? They cant say simple yes or no and server walked out while I was still talking to him. And the lady server is SO RUDE. SHE SPEAKS TO ME IN THEIR OWN LANGUAGE AND I DO’T EVEN UNDERSTAND SINGLE WORD SHE SAID. As a Japanese who tried to eat in this Japanese restaurant, it is embarrassing and I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT AT ALL.

Dishes must order digitally (scan a QR codes, select items online etc.).

But some bentos which are on the physical menu cannot be ordered online because these dishes are only for take away. etc.

So we ended up looking for the dishes for 15 minutes until we were told it could not be ordered digitally.

i thinknthe customer experience can be improved.
