A branch of all you can eat Shabu-Shabu / Yakiniku franchise Hanamasa, previously they were located in Margo City mall, but starting from 2017 they move to a separate building in Margonda Street. With a rather large parking area, but it can get full quickly but parking attendance would usually offer alternative parking space nearby.
The new building requires visitor to uses elevator or stairs to dining room in second and third floor, with the cashier in second floor. An employee will greet you in front of the building to direct you to empty table, if not then you had to wait downstairs, since the elevator are small you had to take turns and it might cause some disturbance to disabled person.
The dining room is not that big but it still tolerable, the all you can eat food are consisted of Shabu-Shabu with a full vegetables and meat and Yakiniku choice, another additions are appetizer such as Ebi Tempura or BBQ Wings. Unlike when they are in Margo City, the price are included with free flow drinks of Ice Tea, Orange Juice or Thai Tea. Separate drinks such as fresh juice or mineral water are available separately, as the Robatayaki (Japanese grilled satay).
For the price, it's not cheap nor expensive, but it is value for money since there are no similar restaurant within Margonda. Overall it is a good place in Depok if you want to try Japanese all...
Read moreHari ini (7 Mei 2019) kami berdua makan di hanamasa margonda mulai pukul 16.00. Kualitas makanan (daging) jelek, daging tidak fresh sampai berbau bangkai menyengat daging2 nya, awal2 mau ambil daging ikan trnyata dari baunya dan tampak dagingnya keliatan sekali klo tidak fresh, sepertinya daging sudah berhari2 di froozen kan dan ttp ditaro disitu. Sudah komplain ke chef dan akhirnya diganti daging ikan nya yg baru. Stlh itu mau ambil daging udang dan daging sapi yg di marinate tp ketika kami liat bau dagingnya menyengat sekali. Udah seperti bangkai dan kelamaan, sedangkan seharusnya klo daging fresh tidak seperti itu dari bau dan tampilan warna daging nya. Akhirnya kami tidak jadi ambil daging udang dan sapi yg di marinate nya krn sudah cape ya klo mesti complain2 lagi. Seharusnya sih klo kami sudah complaint 1x harusnya baik chef / pegawai hanamasa langsung cek dong kualitas daging yg lain2nya apakah masih bagus atau ga, ini malah mereka diem2 aja. Masa sih harus nunggu ditegur dulu baru diganti sama yg fresh dagingnya?
Selain itu saat kami makan bubur ketan itam (dessert) bukan kurang matang lg, tp SAMA SEKALI TIDAK MATANG. Isinya itu beras keras sekali dan itu bukan bubur. Heran kok sekelas Hanamasa bs serve makanan tidak matang seperti itu. Kami sudah complaint ke chef nya lgs dan chef nya stlh kami suruh coba ketan item tsb hanya meminta maaf berkali2 saja. Dia malah nyalahin org kitchen katanya ga bener ngaduknya. Bahkan stlh di komplain langsung seperti itu ke chef nya dessert tsb masih tidak diangkat2. Akhirnya kami inisiatif mau complaint ke Manager Hanamasa disitu, stlh itu dtglah mba2 mungkin leading team pegawai disitu berjilbab&memakai baju hitam. Dia blg manager nya sedang buka puasa jd bs disampaikan ke dia dulu. Akhirnya kami sampaikan semuanya. Dan tau apa ujung2nya? Cuma bisa minta maaf ajaa. Dia sempet menawarkan condiment tp apa gunanya? Kami td sudah terpaksa makan makanan yg lainnya yg keliatan nya masih layak dimakan td dan kami sudah kenyang. Stlh itu cm meminta maaf doang berkali2 & mau disampaikan ke manager nya katanya. Stlh itu kami tunggu2 15 mnt tp manager tidak jg dtg ke meja km. Yah mungkin manager nya takut atau gimana ntah deh.. stlh itu yawda kami ke kasir ketemu mba2 yg td lagi. Tp skrg saat km di kasir pun dia cm bs meminta maaf lg dan tidak menawarkan solusi apapun dari kekecewaan kami saat makan disitu.
Sangat2 kecewa dgn Hanamasa di Margonda ini. Pdhl kami sering bgt ke Hanamasa bisa sebulan 2-3x dan kami tau kualitas daging dan makanannya biasanya seperti apa dan we love to eat in Hanamasa Bandung, Bali, Jakarta, bahkan pernah makan yg di Margo City Depok, tp kemudian pindah ke gedung baru kami kira ttp enak dari kualitas makanannya ternyata kok parah begini kualitasnya. Pasangan sy org F&B jadi tau lah kualitas daging dan dessert seharusnya seperti apa. Dan setiap kali kami makan di hanamasa cabang lainnya tidak pernah ada lalat, tp disini bener2 banyak lalat nya. Sampai2 petugas2nya aja bawa tepokan lalat. Kira2 bs tau kenapa banyak lalat? Ya ga heran karena bau daging2 nya itu yg udah nyengat dan bau bangkai makannya banyak lalat dtg.
Kami SANGAT KECEWA dgn kualitas makanan & pelayanan Hanamasa Margonda. Minta maaf doang buat apa mba???? Bener2 merasa rugi bayar 394rb utk makan berdua, SANGAT TIDAK WORTH IT! Masa diksh beras mentah di dessert dan daging berbau bangkai gt? If you want to enter the restaurant you have to use the elevator because of its position in the shop upstairs. Covid protocol implementation is good in my opinion in this restaurant. Food prices are not much different by other Japanese restaurant standards. When I ate there the electricity was turned off several times. The seafood is small so when it is burned it shrinks into smaller pieces. Fish meat slices, chicken slices is also too thin and small so when eaten it becomes very small. The tomyam broth is very salty. The sauce is mostly salty so be careful if you have high pressure disease and other illnesses related to overly salty foods. The smoke from the combustion that is in front of the table makes breathing becomes disturbed so that coughing.
