Menya Musashi Bukotsu — Restaurant in Jakarta

This restaurant is located at Mall Kota Kasablanka specificly near bakmi GM at LG floor. The food I ordered was black teriyaki ramen. It was a classic ramen with black garlic oil. We also get half soft boiled egg and also a salad. We can get a free additional noodle if we order the regular size. The taste was very good, the chicken was grilled perfectly and the egg was amazing. The ambience almost perfect since it was never to crowded and you dont need to reserve or waiting to eat there. The service was good. The waitress respond our request fast and ready to help. It is a casual ramen restaurant that you can enjoy with your family, friend or partner. The price was around idr 60-80 k include tax. Eventough the location was quiet far but still ok. Working hour from 10 am to 10 pm if im not mistaken. A super worth to try...

This ramen place was recommended by my sister and I decided to give it a try. You have to order first from the tablet and pay. Ordered the small chicken teriyaki black ramen, for only 50k with the tax including the refillable ocha. I also ordered the add-on that consist of a gyoza and karaage for 10k more. The serving was pretty fast. The black broth has a kinda garlicy taste, but not too strong and still enjoyable. However, I felt like something is missing so I added soy sauce. The chili was good and goes well with the ramen. But the bomb was the gyoza. It just one gyoza but it tasted so good and the sauce was too! Chicken karaage was good, but a lil bit oliy. Recommended Ramen with its flavorful broth 🍜🍗

I recently tried their lunch set: spicy broth ramen paired with chicken karaage and chicken katsu. Having been to their original restaurant in Japan, I was pleasantly surprised that the broth here matches the authentic flavor of the original! The semi-thick broth was rich and flavorful, perfectly complementing the springy, well-textured noodles. However the egg is too cooked.

The chicken karaage and katsu were crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, making them a delightful accompaniment to the meal. It's clear they pay attention to detail in maintaining the quality of their dishes.
