PHO 24 — Restaurant in Jakarta

Gotta give it 3 starts. Because for me, delicious meal is not the only important part for this kind of quite fancy restaurant, but also manner and hospitality of the staff is also take a big roll.

It's not only for this branch actually. But I've been to other 2 branches beside the Kokas, they are the Citywalk's, and Wolter Monginsidi's. Coincidentally the same experience I got over those 3 branches. I came at around night time. I know it's probably almost their closing time, but you know, it wasn't only me that still ate there, 2 or 3 more groups or couple still there too. But then, what happen was they already preparing the closing, they clean stuffs putting them back inside, roll their banner closed, almost closing their rolling door (well nah, it's never mind) but the thing that quite annoying and unprofessional was the staffs wore their so "going back home" clothes, sat on the customer chairs, played cellphone, giving a vibe like boringly waiting the last customers to "hurriedly finish" their meals. Then just a walk away after we woke up from our table, they hurriedly cleaned our table like "I gotta home soon, ugh you're so late finishing the meals" vibe.

I don't know if it's just me that feel this kind of manner is super NG (Not Good) or what. But please, your meals are always delicious never disappointing me. But with this kinda manner of staffs I'm not sure if it's good to...

No other customers in sight and all the crews were relaxed and yet after more than 15 minutes, my order of a simple bowl of pho and crullers never came. When I complained, the server who took my order was surprised and quickly went to the kitchen. When confronted, he made a lot of excuses and blaming the kitchen for not being ready.

It was obvious that he was surprised most likely because he forgot to relay the order to the kitchen. Even worse, crews didn't have a sense of respect to us as customers by throwing tantrums between themselves, left the kitchen door open with all its mess, sitting on the floor, and setting the music volume too high.

It was enough reason for me to cancel all my orders. They apologized when being told to, and no compensation was made. Will never return...

Delicious foods and beverages, as pho 24 standard. Small place dan noisy. I sat next to cashier, waiterss passed by and sang a song loudly as if she sang at her own room. Poor service, the male waitress explained unpatiently for every questions about menu.

It was my first visit to PHO 24 kota kasablanca. But not my first at the others pho 24. Compared by pho 24 senayan city and pho 24 grand indonesia, it was the worst service.
