Kali ini kami mencoba lunch di Tauto Kedungrasa PosBloc di weekend (Sabtu)..

Ambience sebetulnya menyenangkan, feel at home..

Tetapi food, delivery food to the customer, services need to be improved.. seriously..

Kami mulai dari memesan appetizer yaitu Tahu Pletok tapi sayangnya malah datang belakangan.. malah setelah seluruh main course kami keluar, Tahu Pletoknya baru datang.. rasa nya juga biasa aja, nothin special.. tahunya terpisah dari aci gorengnya.. sambal kecapnya juga sangat sedikit.. please diperbaiki..

Main course kami memesan paket Nasi Megono Cumi Hitam yang rasanya juga biasa saja.. sayur labu sebagai condiment juga tidak hangat/panas.. cuminya juga standard.. paket Nasi Ayam Goreng Kremes nya juga sama, but the taste is better rather than others.. Ayam gorengnya crispy, moist juga dagingnya.. Sayangnya, sayur asem nya juga sama tidak hangat/panas dan lagi-lagi kami dikecewakan juga dengan sambalnya yang sangat sedikit.. Untungnya kami masih terselamatkan pada pesanan berikutnya yaitu Kupat Tahu Pekalongan.. rasanya oke dan tentunya bisa dimakan (but again ga ada sambal, cabe rawit atau lainnya sebagai pembeda)..

Oia, di sini juga menjual macam-macam kerupuk/keripik seperti kerupuk kulit, keripik khas daerah.. dan tentunya kami juga memesan keripik yaitu keripik Pakkong.. well enak, baru, dan garing..

Dengan ramainya customer yang datang, keterbatasan waiters juga menjadi persoalan, tidak sedikit customer yang komplain karena pelayanannya yang lama.. menu sdh dipesan tapi tidak keluar.. minuman sudah disiapkan di meja bar tapi tidak diantarkan ke customer..

My suggestion is please improve the food, service, mungkin juga bisa ditambahkan waiters atau pun juru masak supaya dapat meningkatkan layanan..

I was hesitant to try this restaurant at first after reading some bad reviews, especially about their hospitality. But I decided to try it, hoping that their hospitality had changed. Unfortunately, I had to wait for 30 minutes for my order.

Try the Soto Tauto Sapi and this is one of the chef’s recommendations here. Besides that, the cireng, tahu pletok as expected in terms of taste.

The place is quite spacious and also neat and clean. The service is good.

Unfortunately, the taste of the soto is too light, it should be reminded by the employee to ask us for the choice of light or add more tauco / heavier taste for the soup. Because we already ask twice...
