Great potential w Room for improvement!

I cnt taste any coffe notes or liquor in the tiramisu, nor any effret to make the cream somewhat cheesy.

Bolognese comes w generous amount of sauce which i appreciate. Spaghetti was a little underdone. I know what al dente is like and it was just almost al dente.

Wont order the lasagna again. Bechamel a little too floury. Cant taste the nutmeg and bayleaves. Add a little nooch and splash of apple cider vinegar to make plant white sauce come to life. Just try and prove it for yrself. A bit of miso wont hurt.

Pizza doesnt tastes as authentic. I want to see crispy base with a little burnt here and there. Dough is dense and not well developed. Pizza ia not oily which appreciate.

Meatballs and artichoke was out when i make my visit and the coffee machine wasnt working.

The restaurant is on a main road so very noisy. Plants or a fence to block out the noise and pollution would be nice. The chairs not so comfortable as they’re half way between a chair and a barstool with nowhere to put feet and narrow seat.

The service was good albeit the waitress was overzealous and launched into helping us decide and not giving us the space and time to look at the menu. She kept recommending the pesto fusilli, however, the pesto was not fresh so the flavour was dull and stale and there was no seasoning so very bland. Could have made it better myself in less time.

However, the ravioli was nice as was the cheese board. And a person near us was having the bolognese and said it was tasty.

My boyfriend and I stumbled upon this newly opened restaurant one evening and I can tell you that the food here is hands-down some of the best food you will ever eat in your life. 🙌🏽 Do your body, mind and tastebuds a service and get yourself here for a truly authentic Italian food experience you'll honestly never forget! 🤤

Traditional dishes and recipes made vegan and absolutely loaded with wholesome flavour. Really unbelievable. We landed up coming back the next day and will continue to do so until we've tried everything on the menu at least once and have to finally leave Bali! Haha.
