Overall, it's great. I've been here twice.
The first time I had quite a late dinner with my friends. I was amazed by the interior. Looks pretty and very cozy with sofas. The service was amazing as well. The waiters explained the menu patiently, and even stopped by our table to show show the waffle we asked but didn't order when he's serving it for other table (our table was next to the kitchen's door). Food took quite some time to get served, but taste is better than I expected. My friend ordered Tom Yum Gong, and the fish smelled a bit fishy (I know it's fish, but still...). And I wanted hot tea, so I asked if the flavored tea could be hot because that's the only tea I could see on the very extensive menu. He originally said yes, but then he said it can't. I asked what hot drink they have, but the waiter got confused. So I said any hot tea is fine, just a normal one. So I got a tall glass of hot black tea that's too bitter for me. Then, because of this tea confusion thing, we got billed double for the tea.
Still, I have high expectations for this place. So the 2nd time I took my parents there for a late lunch. I told them this place taste great, and also, they actually serve the food like how they show it in the menu photos (which is a great commitment for an F&B business). Food actually tasted great and served like the photos. BUT!!!
• I can see noticeable dust on the sofa when I first arrived. • Food took much longer time to get served, and I got served wrong. I asked if the pizza could get no chicken on half of it, instead got only chicken on half of it. I've mentioned that I got chicken allergy. They should pay more attention. Said it was because the kitchen was busy, so they got the order mixed up and offered to redo it. But I'm not waiting longer for it when we're halfway eating the other menus that got served first. • AC got turned on when we almost finished eating. It's ok to turn it on because more people came and they wanted to make the room colder, but the wind! All the tissue paper flew. And those were the tissue they used to serve our utensils. I really think AC shouldn't be turned on with full power wind, especially when you use tissue paper as the napkin for utensils. Imagine when the customer uses the utensil and there's nothing weighing the tissue down. I told the waiter, and he said to wait a moment, but no one did anything about it. Thankfully, we're almost done, so we just asked to get 2/3 of the pizza wrapped to go and just pay and leave.
Few things I noticed: The concept is more like a bar. But they have a lot of menu choices, too much of a choice, actually. The menu is super long. It takes much time to read through and choose. Employees are all male. I don't see any female employee. Lots of diners come and go. Not a lot stay after they finished their meal.
Honestly, this place has a lot of potential. But I don't really see any improvement between my 2 visits, which is about 2 weeks apart. The price is worth the meal, and employees are friendly, but for me, it just feels a bit off, and I just don't think I...
Read moreWe came to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The restaurant is clean, spacious, and very Instagrammable.
We tried: Lamb Tongseng — The flavor was rich and authentic, truly representing Indonesian taste. Meat was super tender.
Spaghetti Smoked Brisket Carbonara — Absolutely delicious, saltiness and creaminess were perfectly balanced and matched our taste.
Fish and Chips — Standard but well-prepared, good even for babies’ taste.
Smoked Brisket Fried Rice — The portion was generous, but the seasoning was a bit mild so it tasted slightly bland
Drinks — All good, nothing to complain about.
The service was fast, and food was served within the estimated time. The staff seemed well-trained, very responsive, repeating the orders and checking on our food satisfaction.
One small suggestion: it would be great if staff could regularly check the cleanliness and amenities in the toilet area.
Thank you for wonderful experience Thank you for being here in Nusa Dua as a true Luxury...

Now, here's the other news.
Food. This restaurant offers many varieties of food from Western to Asian cuisine. I ordered rib soup for a test. The presentation was fantastic but the soup taste bland and lack of body. The soup also served in a lukewarm temperature not hot, so it's a bit unpleasant mThe condiments were great too, that is supposed to accompany a bowl of ribs/oxtail soup.
Service. Service are great. Friendly, helpful, attentive and responsive. You feel welcome.
Atmosphere. The ambience is lovely but the seat is really uncomfortable because of the bulky fake leather chair. The armchair is too high and the depth of the chair is too deep.
This restaurant will be better in the coming months, I hope, if only they could focus on special menus rather than to cater too many varieties. I would love to come back again to support. And maybe...
